Knowledgeable staff
HVAC Supply house. I like the emloyees here. There's one gentleman who is always at the front throughout the week that is very friendly. I currently work for a company who buys parts here, but in the future I may not always be an employee. At some point I expect to have my own company and will make a point of doing business here simply because I like the employees they have chosen to hold on to. I absolutely cannot say the same for some places in town, such as, O'Connors. The employees there are utterly unpleasant. You can feel the bad vibes when you walk in. They make you feel like they can hardly wait til you're gone. Not that way here, which is why I will choose to continue to do business here even when I may have other choices.
