These two young men replaced a hot water heater for us and we were so impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, and knowledgeable skill sets. They were respectful of our home and careful carrying out the old tank from the basement. The whole process took about 3 hours. They were amazing and we’re so pleased with it. The fee was very fair.
The plumber that repaired our leak was great! We received quotes from other companies that wanted to dig to repair the clogged line, but the plumber vacuumed the overflow and was able to find the clean out valve! Saved us money and unwanted headaches of potential costly repairs. I appreciated his honesty and integrity!

David and Alex were out right away, assessed the situation, and got straight to work. Not only were they very professional, but they were personable and friendly; never without a smile (even when several unexpected things popped up). If they are the representation of the rest of the company, then rest assured, you are in good hands.
I had alert install the plumbing to my entire new house. As far as that goes, it works. As far a must water heater goes it’s been broken for over 3 weeks now and they have been beyond lackadaisical to fix it. After having them out 4 times the issues still hasn’t been resolved but gotten worse. They said the new part would be delivered to my house no later then Thursday (they told me that on a Tuesday) well it’s Monday evening and haven’t heard a word from them and no part has arrived. I would go ahead and skip this company and try one of the many many others out there. Larry the owner is no help what does ever .

Flushed tankless water heater, replaced a leaky ball valve, and fixed an under sink leak. They were timely and professional. I will call the the next time I need a plumber.
I highly recommend this plumbing company for their exceptional service and professionalism. I have used them multiple times to clear clogged lines caused by tree roots, and each time they have done an outstanding job without trying to add extra fees. They are honest and reliable, and they use high tech equipment to show me exactly what is going on. I feel comfortable trusting them in my home even when I am not there. Their office staff is always prompt and efficient in setting appointments, and the communication throughout the entire process is top-notch. I am very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. Five stars!
Well, we had an issue with a clog drain that was backing up into our garage. I called Alert Plumbing and they responded right away. They were professional, knowledgeable and affordable. I will definitely use them again!
