Spencer was very informative and detailed when giving us an estimate on replacing our hot water heater. We appreciated his honesty.
Donnie was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Identified and fixed a gas leak in our upstairs unit and put a new fan on order to ensure both our heating and cooling systems stay safe and operational.
They were one of the few companies that could make it out on Monday after a hot weekend of no AC. They diagnosed the problem and gave me several solutions. While I know they would have loved to have sold me a new AC unit, they were good in not pushing me to do so, and thus I’m going to be more likely to get one from them once the time comes that I really need to bite the bullet and get one. UPDATED: a part they ordered came in Wednesday of last week and was installed. The tech that came out at the time seemed to struggle but got it all going, and no issues. Or so I thought. Fast forward to yesterday when I discover the brand new fan blade was damaged. I called and they quickly got a tech out the same day. However they now are having to find a new fan blade, and this is where the good communication has stopped. Twice now(once by the tech, then this morning by the person on the phone) I’ve been told they’d call me with an update and get it fixed ASAP, but it has been quiet.
Bryan is an experienced senior technician & has been our go-to guy for many years. He is on-time, pleasant, proficient & professional. We have also had other highly experienced technicians. Our latest, Mark, has been in the business 27 years & owned his own company at one time. ACS hires smart people! Caleb came for our service check today & he was excellent. Highly recommend this company.
They came out and checked our AC and showed me the issue and got it taken care of in a short time and I was very pleased with their service!

My disabled husband and I had been dealing with an air conditioner that was running all the time, but not cooling the house. We had fans on in all the rooms. Our thermostat and thermometers showed a temperature of 93. I decided I had to call someone to see if it could be fixed. I remembered the Air Comfort Solution commercials I had seen on TV and decided to call them. It was early afternoon on a Friday before a holiday.I didn’t imagine that we would be able to get someone out before the next week. The lady who answered the phone was very prompt, kind and helpful. She said they would have someone out that afternoon. I got a text with a picture, name and information about our serviceman. Within a couple of hours he called and said he was on his way. He checked everything out and decided he should go under our house and check our ductwork.He found two big ducts disconnected. As soon as he got them fixed, I could feel the cool air. It was comfortably cool last night! Thank you to our polite, kind, knowledgeable and hardworking serviceman, BRYAN!! YOU ARE OUR HERO! Thank you to Air Comfort Solutions for the prompt service! I will definitely refer you!!!
My a/c died on the hottest day of the year. The pets and I were so happy to see Stephen. He was polite and solved the problem incredibly quickly.
Jeff and his crew were very thorough with the installation of our AC unit, furnace, and evap coils. Jeff identified and worked through any potential issues that may occur, did a good walkthrough afterwards, communicated very well throughout the process, and answered any questions I had at the time. Would recommend using them for any AC installs.
They were immediate in responding and prompt in addressing my concerns. They explained everything without using pressure and offered a quality product with an awesome delivery.

We ere very pleased with the two young men who did our work for us ! Their names were David Smart and Parker Taylor !! I appreciated the picture of who was coming into our home ! They did a good job and put everything they had to move to do the repair back in place !
Bailey was great. He hurried to get the a/c working so that my 101 yr old Mother wasn't in distress with the heat. He was so polite and hard working
I called Air comfort for a diagnostic on my plumbing seeing as my water would not get hot and I seen they had a commercial advertising free diagnosing. We had already come to the conclusion it must be the heating element but wanted confirmation. Air comfort came out same day and confirmed it was the heating elements gone bad. They wanted to charge over $700 for "parts and labor" for a $15 part 🤯 my entire water tank cost $550 brand new! Insane! Needless to say, we did NOT use their services. I can't comment on their services seeing as we didn't use them but this post is to warn people to get a second opinion! Do NOT assume their prices are "competitive" or that they're "fair priced" or even "normal" because they are sooooo far from it! Inflation is an under statement when they're wanting a 6,000% profit...

Travis Priester with Air Comfort Solutions came out today to check out my Aunt’s system. He was courteous, informative and thorough and checked out everything. He re-programmed their system and helped them understand how to operate it! We worked on the phone together and he checked out everything! Wonderful service! Truly a 10 out of 10!
