I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Climate Experts Heating and Air Conditioning. Dustin was extremely professional and so pleasant to work with. He was able to fit us in quickly, and as everyone knows, that is quite a task in the heat of the summer! When I made the appointment, he let me know exactly what to expect every step of the way. I love that he included a photo with the text telling me he was on his way. I knew exactly who to look for. Dustin explained everything he was doing, how our unit should be, what was wrong and how he repaired it. He was quick, efficient and so pleasant to work with. If you are looking for a company to trust with your heating and air conditioning needs, don't hesitate to call Climate Experts Heating and Air Conditioning!

Wanna talk about being in a pinch when I get home and the wife and kids are mad at me as they are sitting in the living room sweating because of the A/C unit being down. I called the first company that was listed with no answer, then I called Dustin, with an answered phone after the first ring. I explain to Dustin what was going on and he immediately scheduled us on his calendar for the same day, just an hour after the call he arrived. We are thankful for Dustin's experience and knowledge of his industry in helping us plan for the repairs that we are having to do with our 4 year old "new home." For anyone who reads this review can hopefully feel our pain without having our A/C unit working in June, have no worries that Dustin is the right choice to call and trust that he is going to put his customers first. We had Dustin out to our home to have a spring tune-up done on our 2 units. He was professional, punctual and courteous. Gave a very detailed report about the conditions of the units and provided pictures. I would recommend him and his company for any HVAC related issues that may have.
Dustin came out same day to take a look at installing heating and cooling in my shop building. He was great to work with and had very competitive pricing. Nothing but the best to say about Climate Experts.
The employees were extremely friendly the entire time. Got our appointment in very quickly. They even gave us some tips on how to keep our unit running at its best. Definitely going to keep Climate Experts as my go to for HVAC needs!

They came on a Saturday morning when our heater wasn’t working with below freezing temps. We really appreciated his quick service.

Dustin is by far the best heat and air guy I have ever come across. He called it like it was. Dustin did everything possible to try and get me through the summer. Ultimately I had to replace but dustin gave me credit back for things I had already replace. He replaced the unit at a fraction of the other guys. I will not use another heat and air company ever.
I haven’t been so impressed with a company in a really long time. I really thought customer service was dead, but I have to sing praises for Dustin Harwell at Climate Experts. I came home from work to no AC, he was here in less than an hour, had it diagnosed, parts found and then proceeded to save my ancient air conditioner (that was apparently running on prayers). Even though it was in a 160 degree attic and he was melting, he refused to call it a day and leave us with no AC over the weekend. If you want a company who’s owner truly cares about their customers and does a phenomenal job at at an amazing price, call them. There is no question who we will be using from now on.

My AC unit wouldn’t work after returning from a 16 hour work day. I put a request in for maintenance and Dustin was dispatched that next morning. He quickly informed me of the issues and a few options. We decided due to the age of the unit that it was about time to just replace it. Dustin was able to replace the unit by himself and have cold air flowing again that next day. I’m highly pleased with the service and professionalism of this veteran owned company..definitely recommend for any of your HVAC needs.

Dustin was informative and helpful. He was a HVAC homeowner trainer while he provides service and provides you with short term economic solutions as well as long term better investments. He also assisted us in finding issues we had been experiencing for years. Highly recommend.
