A great experience from start to finish. I had my whole system replaced. Good communication. Respectful. Knowledgeable. I had several quotes and they offered the best price. They were efficient. Made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found this company!!! They made me feel cared for.

HELT MECHANICAL Heating & Air saved Christmas & New Years Eve for my family & I. Our heat went out downstairs in our home, and got brutally, and dangerously cold, so I called HELT MECHANICAL Heat and Air, and even with their super busy schedule, they made time for me &!my family. The arrived earlier than expected, and promptly went to work, and had the problem fixed within an hour, the heat back on, and they did not over charge me. It was a super fair price for a Christmas miracle! Thank you so much HELT MECHANICAL Heating and Air! I will be calling you for all my heat and air needs! You guys saved the day!
I called Monday morning they were here is 30 to 45min. Found the heating sensor fault right away. Great service fast and responsive.
We prefer to use small local businesses and were recommended Helt by family members, who used this company and were very happy with their service and pricing. We have an older unit that we were hoping to repair for one more season before having to replace the entire unit. It was blowing air that was not cooled. Helt’s techs came out with this understanding and did their best to patch a leak so that Freon would no longer be leaking out. They also replaced the Freon. They felt confident that this repair would allow us to continue to use the unit, from up to a few months (to get us through the last of the hot weather) up to 1-2 more years. The unit began blowing hot air again a couple of days later. We called back, and after a few conversations, the owner and one of the techs came back to check out the unit and confirm that the weld patch did not hold. Helt refunded the check we had written to cover the initial labor, supplies, and Freon. We appreciate that even though the repair didn’t hold, Helt’s company provided fair customer service by coming back out to reevaluate the issue and by refunding our total cost so that we can instead put that amount toward a new unit. We also were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the two techs that came out initially.
My husband and I called after our AC system refused to cool our house, Mr. Helt came right away, and not only fixed the problem, but took the time to explain how to prevent and care for our system. I would say he went above and beyond! And to me the cost of maintenance preformed was very reasonable! Thank you so much Helt Heating & Air!

Blake and Chase were great. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend them. We had them come to inspect and do a once over on our AC. They were very thorough and came in to explain what they were doing to whole time! If you call Helt know you’re in good hands!

Helt Heating and Air came to our rescue when our a/c died in the middle of an Oklahoma summer. Steve was so professional and extremely honest with us. He and his crew worked efficiently to install our new system and even took the time to walk me through everything. After dealing with other companies who were anything but honest, it was a relief to know we were in good hands with Helt!
