When our AC went out they saved the day! Good service is hard to find these days and they were absolutely top notch.
Seth did such an amazing job. My AC went out on Friday evening. He squeezed me in early Saturday and got everything taken care of. Highly recommend him and his services. I will certainly be using him again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Crawford's was quick to identify the issue I was having with my AC and furnace unit and resolve it in a quick and timely fashion.
Non-responsive and unprofessional. Disconnected wires from the mother/circuit board and left saying they would come back after they ordered the parts. I called them up after a few days just wondering about the status. They said our claim (home warranty) had been denied. Ok. I've dealt with home warranties in the past and understand the...we'll just say oddities. Fine I said we can pay outright for the repairs without the home warranty. The office manager contacted the technician and his response was "we can't help you". That's it. No reason. I asked if I could speak with him and was told he would call. Nope. Never called. Oh and they got their $100 for about 15 minutes of disassembling my A/C blower motor. All I wanted was it put back the way it was, but they couldn't even lift a finger to call. I work in the service industry and this is just sad.
Knowledgeable service technician, only problem is I have not been able to contact them now.
10 stars if I could !! My whole system was replaced in a day with no headache! Seth was amazing to work with. On time, professional & personable. I’ll never go to anyone else! Thanks so much!
Trevor Crawford came out to my residence for a service call for an ongoing problem. High heat sensor was causing system to shutdown. Several other HVAC companies failed to properly identify the cause let alone remedy the underlying problem. Trevor’s approach was very methodical and honest. Trevor had the right tools and knowledge to determine the gas pressure to the unit was too high. Gas pressure was adjusted to spec and system runs perfectly. No up charge, on time and price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend this company from a fist hand experience. Regards P. Antuzzi
Honestly everything great you hear about this place is true. The customer service is fantastic and they get out to help quick. Seth is fantastic and very professional. Knows what he’s talking about & diagnoses the problem quick and gets it fixed.Definitely my go to place whenever I have any trouble with my AC unit
I called this company because my ac wasn't coming on. Seth came out the same day. He was very polite and professional. Not to mention their pricing was WAY better than what I have experienced in the past. I will make Crawford's Heat & Air my go to company from now on. Thank You Seth!
Absolutely the best service company I ever dealt with! Great customer service THEEE BEST. Extremely patient and passionate about the work! Explains literally everything, level of detail was to the dot! I highly recommend these guys for all your mechanical work. The best in town, i promise I had other service providers come, but these guy set the bar high !
Crawford Heating and Air is Amazing!! That is what you get with a long standing family run business!! This company is the first I have encountered over the years that do what they say! The open line of access for communication and responsiveness of this company is beyond comparison! I will be a forever customer! Though they are not finished with the job, this is my mid- point feeling of this company! It is nice when you have to spend over $4000.00 dollars for something and can still feel good about it! Update: I will start out saying that if there are any negative reviews for this company, the problem is that person! This is absolutely the best customer service I have ever encountered! I have never had a company respond as quickly as this one! They are fair, honest, and Professional! I couldn't be happier with the work they have done! Again, I am a forever customer! I will recommend them to anyone I know and always use them!

Crawford's Heat & Air responded to our home warranty ticket for our AC going out. They had it figured out quickly and fixed fast. So we had them come out again 6 months later for our semi-annual HVAC maintenance. They found a water leak before it had a chance to do extensive damage, potential for carbon monoxide near our recently-installed gas stove, and repaired a leaky gas line to our fireplace... in addition to the routine maintenance. Most friendly, reliable, and affordable service!
Crawford Heating and Air has always gone above and beyond our expectations. All of their employees are extremely friendly and understanding, and do their best to help us out with home warranty claims. Our AC went out in September and our furnace went out in November, and they have been nothing but prompt, professional, and kind in both instances. Great people, great company, great work.
EDIT 11/14/22: I had to have CH&A come back out AGAIN to diagnose an issue with my Furnace and their response was absolute top tier. They let me know what the issue was and what needs to be done to fix it. A++ I will be working with them again. They deserve 5 stars again. *Chef's kiss* EDIT: I had to call CH&A back out to my property a couple days after install because of a perceived issue with my unit and they came out the same day to take a look. Sidenote: when I tried to call on my personal cell phone around 9:15AM I kept going straight to voicemail. When I called at 10:42AM on my work phone I did not go straight to voicemail and they were super helpful. 4 stars because I couldn't get in contact with them during normal hours. Crawford's heat and air was chosen by my home warranty company to work on a claim. Crawford's heat and air got the job done on time. I appreciate the professionalism the office and the technicians showed me. They were more professional than the home warranty company! Seth, Lee, and Trevor are great!! I would use them again outside of my home warranty.
The Tech was very knowledgeable and efficient. Corrected areas that were lacking. AC works very good. Crawford AC set up my AC that was running under par and now it’s cooling so well. The unit was put back together perfectly. Thanks Crawford!

Cheyenne is the secretary here I called her on Friday and said the electrician is finished I need for the air conditioner guys to come back out at 1 PM after we waited 2 hours I called back again Cheyenne told me it will probably be Monday I was pretty upset then because we'd been without air conditioning service for almost 2 weeks on it weeks on Monday they told me it would be Tuesday be Tuesday on Tuesday Cheyenne said it would be Wednesday after repeatedly calling and asking and nagging and texting with no answer back light and then I called back again like I had never ever called I do not appreciate this from this so called company and I hope my choice point warranty program never uses them again or any other customer for that matter
