I sent an email on Sunday about my AC being out and I actually got a response! Two gentleman came out Monday (next day) and fixed the AC. They were very professional and courteous.

Not impressed with Barbees Heat & Air at all! One of there service men came out to check my AC after a week wait, walked to the back of the house looked at it came to the front and said "I think you need a new coil it will cost 1600$" He never checked for a leak or run any test to make sure it wasn't a different problem he was there from start to finish 5 minutes tops and said thats 85$ Not very customer friendly in the way of he could have spent a little more of his time. and I think he could have looked into our problem a little better because my husband was trying to show him ware a leak had been last summer that Victory heat and air fixed. It may be that the coil is the problem but he could have run a leak test to make sure it wasn't a 400$ fix first instead of a 1600 fix!

Everything they have ever done has been above exceptional! They installed a new AC& Heating unit when it got to 102 they made sure we were taken care of. It has been 10 degrees and lower with minus wind chill, still no hesitation to help. I would recommend this business hands down. ❤ Thank you Barbee family and employees you are not just the gold standard but Platinum in my opinions. Thank you!
Do not use Barbee for your hvac needs. We purchased a system in June of 2020 and the heaters i not working. They are charging us to repair the heater which is under warranty. Talking to other hvac companies we should have a one year labor warranty.

What a great company and great service!! Had an issue with a new home unit and they came right out during the hottest and busiest time of their season and got us back up and running. I would highly recommend this company!
NO LONGER TRUST BARBIE'S. NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO FIX UNIT THAT THEY INSTALLED. We got a new Lennox unit with our newly built house one year ago. We have had airflow issues to the master bedroom where it wasn't keeping it the same temp. This is the dealer that the builder used who we have had out at least half a dozen times to try to fix. They recommended adding a zone, so we spent the $ and did that. Started having humidity issues and actually wetness inside the attic unit. We had a moldy smell which they came out and sprayed away, but doubtful this will keep it from returning. We've had them out for the humidity at least 5 times, even requesting a senior tech (which we never got). We finally decided to get a second opinion in which they said the ducts were not designed right (to fix the airflow) and the unit we have does not work well with zones. They recommended we replace our one year old unit with a 2 stage unit for the zoning and to fix humidity. Wish we had known that before. Even tho Barbie's has always been willing to come out and try to fix, they never have been able to fix it and we just have no trust in them anymore. Edit: I'm editing this to say that we just had Barbie's out a couple weeks ago and the tech said he would talk to the senior techs and they would come out with them again - but we never heard anything. Additionally the company we hired for the second opinion spent 2 hours doing air flow measurements, duct measurements, etc to make sure the solution they proposed would work. Barbie's never ever did that.
Great experience! I came home this afternoon from work to a house that was a balmy 81 degrees. Andy came out and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional and thorough. Highly recommend and will certainly use Barbee's again and again!
I'm sure they do a wonderful job but we have a wall unit heat and air 23000 BTU and they don't work on those. Which was a disappointment since they are right down the road from us.
