We needed the pipes replaced on our hot water heater and they saved the day. They were on time, knowledgeable and very passionate. They cleaned up his work area completely and made sure to inform me of exactly what he did to fix the problem. Would highly recommend Pacific Heating & Cooling.

My initial visit was for my annual air conditioning service. During the scheduling process, their staff was also very pleasant to deal with over the phone and via email. Very friendly and responsive. They text you to remind you of the appointment. They also send you a text the day of to let you know who is coming, with a photo (a great security feature), a map so you can see where they are, and reviews from the technician. That feature is fantastic! My questions were patiently answered by the technician, and we were on our way. We've already scheduled them for our furnace service in the fall. I recommend giving them a shot.
I wish that all businesses displayed the same level of professionalism and customer service. Pacific Heating & Cooling team recently installed an air conditioner and heater in one of our rental properties. The price was reasonable, the installation crews were courteous and professional, and the customer service was exceptional. The tenants even mentioned how friendly and secure they felt in the house with them. Thank you, James, and your colleagues!
Pacific Heating & Cooling is the best business in town. They treat it's customers like family. They do a lot for their community including seasonal food drives. Their technician recently performed an AC service on my system. He was prompt, friendly and thorough. I highly recommend them.
Sales staff and installers were both right on time and extremely polite, professional and efficient. The work was performed as promised and I was billed exactly what I was quoted. The price was great. I would highly recommend them!
Pacific Heating & Cooling was recommended to us after buying a brand new home with a heating ac system put in incorrectly leaving us with a 8-12 degree temperature difference between floors and the original hvac person saying nothing was wrong. Within an hour of calling efficient air a service tech was at my home and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the system needed a redesign and zoning to get proper air flow to the first floor. Over the next 2 days techs came to provide options and map out what needed to be done and 5 days later an awesome team of 5 got to work to fix it. By the next day we had a toasty home.
They were able to schedule my AC repair within 4 hours of my request. Jeff arrived on time and had my AC repaired within 30 mins. and explained the repair process along the way. Prompt, professional & thorough. I would highly recommend them to family, friends & neighbours.
Sean was the tech who came to my house. He was prompt, professional, on time, and knowledgeable. He was very respectful with myself and my child. Found ways to save me money, chatted through options for me. Lovely technician and will be hiring Pacific Heating & Cooling again!
Over time I have had Pacific Heating & Cooling install a new furnace, A/C Unit, and water heater. Installations were flawless and my annual maintenance contract provides complete piece of mind. Kim took care of my A/C maintenance today, he's also serviced my other units in the past and each time he was always been courteous, professional, and thorough. Never Use This Company! called early afternoon on friday the 24th of july for a/c repair was told the tech would be at our home between 3:30pm-6:30pm that day even called them back to verify no call / no show called at 7:00pm was told techs are done at 4:00pm and weren’t available til monday fortunately we found a legitimate service to help us early next day
Never showed up. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Totally left us hanging on a hot day. Never even called to explain.
We were very impressed with Pacific Heating & Cooling. The service technician, Kim, arrived on time. We could not have been happier with his service. He was polite, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He did not rush through the job and explained everything in detail.Overall this was an excellent experience.
Pacific Heating & Cooling did a complete overhaul of my HVAC systems. They removed the existing boiler and AC units, replaced all ductwork and installed 2 geothermal units. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Their charges were very fair.I would definitely recommend them.
