Our home warranty company referred us to Federal Elite for some issues that we were having with our HVAC system. I’d never heard of them prior to this, but was pleasantly surprised when they contacted us the same day to schedule on a Friday evening. We had two technicians, Ben and Shawn, working on the job for the better part of a day. They were so kind and diligent. We had just moved into our house and the AC unit we have is 39 years old and had seen much better days. There was a lot to be done and they did fantastic work for a great price. Not to mention, they took great care in cleaning up afterwards. I’m sure this unit hasn’t looked and worked this great in decades!
Great service our service tech josh explained everything was very polite and had good knowledge of hvac I would highly recommend federal elite.
They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and repair my heat same day. Very efficient and friendly.

Corey was AMAZING!! I had issues with my Nest thermostat. Corey came within an hour of my call (he drove 45 minutes to get to my house), diagnosed the problem accurately and heated my house quickly. Wes the tech was an absolutely world class when showed up to my home on an emergency sameday repair on my Fuel oil furnace. Wes quickly and accurately diagnosed my issue. Wes explained to me in detail the problem furnace was experiencing. Demonstrated to me how the furnace was operating before and after the repair was completed. Restored my confidence in my fuel furnace. Thank you Wes! Thank you Federal Elite.
They worked on my oil burner furnace in 2021 and got it running, but still has problems,but this review is about a quote that I was supposed to get for a complete new system. Their guy already got all the information he needed and had to work up a quote for me to take a look at, and can't even get a call back.I guess they are to busy and don't need my business. Operating a business like that just might run it into the ground. I will take my business elsewhere. Do Not recommend.

Nick was so helpful!!!!! I could not figure out the pilot light and he managed to help me get it up and working so quickly!! He was so wonderful since I couldn’t seem to get any help from my landlord. Would definitely call him for help again!!!!
I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. I was not only given the best competitive price but I was also educated on my new heating and cooling system. Everyone was very pleasant to have around and got everything done fast and efficient. Could not recommend a better company enough. Give them all a raise!

Our ac had went out & dave cox was here fixing it within 24 hours of the phone call! he was very professional & polite & took a little less then a hour & it was fixed, i highly recommend.

Federal Elite's professional, responsive and knowledgeable team has gone above and beyond to make our home comfortable and cool. My husband and I were traveling over the 4th of July weekend. When my sister stopped by to check on our home, she noticed that it was very hot inside and the air conditioner did not seem to be working properly. My husband called Federal Elite and they had one of their experts, Trevor Zeman, come to our home that day to diagnose the issue. On the 4th of July, they had another HVAC technician, Corey Bible, come to our home to fix our AC unit. When we returned home from our vacation we were greeted by a comfortable, cool home thanks to their hard work and wonderful customer service. We give our highest recommendation to the Federal Elite team. If you want your HVAC unit fixed quickly by professionals who have high integrity, then you should call Federal Elite.
I had to go to work and they ended up charging my wife almost $600 to replace a blower wheel. They told her the blower wheel costs over $400 when in reality it costs about $100. That is just dishonest in my book.
Technician Corey is awesome. He is really there to help the customer in anyway he can. He is very respectful, polite and helpful.
At a time when I was completely stressed out, Elite came to the rescue! Hot, uncomfortable and unsure about what was happening with my AC unit, a sympathetic woman named Christine quickly reacted to my problem at a time when they were overwhelmed with business. A tech named Cory Bible came to the rescue. Cory was incredibly courteous and instantly made me feel comfortable; he treated me like a friend. He set straight to work evaluating the situation. He took the time to explain what was going on, and how the situation could be addressed, and handled it quickly and efficiently. He also explained how to look for possible issues going forward. He gave me a business card so I could call on him if I had any subsequent issues. Thank you so much, Cory! You truly are an asset to your employer. Elite is lucky to have a professional, knowledgeable and considerate tech like you. Thanks for everything Elite and Cory!
