I worked with Wes, Ryan, and Ty. All of them were professional as well as knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. A technician was sent to our house the same day that we called for service & And our new AC was installed the following day. We were very impressed and will continue to use DorMar in the future for service needs!
I'm the maintenance superintendent over a series of apartment complexes across Columbus and Columbus Metro, and I use this company exclusively because they are prompt, courteous, professional, and always get the job done right. I don't have to go behind them and clean up their mess or fix things that were left undone a matter of fact they find things that I may not have even noticed. If you're not using this company you're missing out in a big way.
All the techs I had the pleasure of meeting, where the nicest and most knowledgeable people I've met in a very long time. I am so happy I chose Dor Mar. I plan to use their services from now on. Thanks guys, for a great job.

My first experience with this company. Dave A was very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC. I signed up for the maintenance program which was very reasonable. Looking forward to seeing Dave A back here in the Fall for furnace checkup. Pleased with customer service department, calls and confirmation text messages. I would rate this company excellent. Happy to be a new customer.
Ryan and Ty were very professional, explained all details of the installation, efficient and displayed an excellent work ethic.
They have been professional and attentive to our needs and time constraints. My first experience with them was when my heat went out in the winter. Instead of just sending someone out, the lady worked with me, helped me change the batteries in the thermostat and stayed on the phone with me until we were sure it was working. I decided then that they would be our HVAC team.
David did excellent work quickly and professionally, made the appropriate repairs, and demonstrated a familiarty with the unit and components that gives me confidence in my long term maintenance plan.

Well three service calls in and still haven't fixed the furnace problem. We shall see. Going in to week number 2.
Jayden was terrific with our duct cleaning service. He was thorough, professional, and very friendly. You can tell that he truly cares about the customer and he went out of his way to double check our furnaces even after he cleaned the ducts. I am very impressed by the quality of service with Dor-Mar and I will be certainly using them again in the future. 5 Stars and Highly Recommend!!!

Dave came to my house around 9pm after my call to them at 10am. He got my furnace running again and explained everything needed to fix it. Unfortunately I need a new furnace.

Dave Arya was the technician to do the service work on our AC. He explained the good and bad and what my options are to fix the issues. My system is 17 years old and I know the system will need maintenance and or replacement. Dave took the time to explain what the numbers were and that effects the system.
Please have Dave do future maintenance on AC because of tight working space
Dave Atha was my service tech today, and what a great young man. He was friendly and courteous and very professional. After checking my AC unit, he gave me tips on maintaining it for the most efficiency during summer heat. Since I have used Dor Mar for my heating and AC since 2019, I have always found their technicians to be knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you guys for doing such great work.
