Josh and his partner were friendly and professional. They cleaned up afterward including taking the old unit and even the box from the new one. I highly recommend.

Josh did a great job coming out, diagnosing, and repairing our furnace. He was great to talk to and knowledgeable about his job. I will definitely contact Swain Services again, if I ever have trouble with our HVAC system.
Our home warranty company referred us to another company that was going to take 2 weeks to have our heater repaired. We called Josh for a second opinion and he came out the same evening, found the part and had it back up and running the very next day!
From the time I called Swain services LLC, he came out, diagnosed the problem, got the parts and had it fixed within 24 hours. He did excellent work at great price. I will use this company again if the need arises. Highly recommend them.

Without a doubt, I highly recommend using Swain Services for any HVAC issues. Josh very promptly installed my new central air unit during a heat wave. He is professional, knowledgeable, and skilled at what he does. He explained what he needed to do beforehand, which was valuable to me. He is honest and his prices are exceptionally reasonable in today's market. I'm happy with my nice cool home, and thankful I've found someone I can trust with my HVAC. Thank you, Josh!
I would highly recommend! Our air conditioner stopped working Friday evening on 7/1/2022. We called Swain Services. Josh showed up early Saturday and diagnosed the problem. It’s a holiday weekend so getting a new part for an older unit was not happening on a Saturday. He went out of his way to try and find a used part to get us through the weekend. He then showed up today with the new part and we are now enjoying a nice cool home again. We liked him so much we asked him to price out a new furnace and A/C unit. Thank you Josh for your outstanding service!
I can not say enough about this company!!! My air conditioning went out today and it is not only a Sunday , but it is also a holiday weekend!!! I did not know what to do and a friend of mine recommended Swain Services and I am so glad he did!!!! They were out at my house with in 30 minutes, checked everything, immediately found and fixed the problem!! He charges a more than fair price , does a full and complete service ! I thought for sure I would not have air for atleast a day or so, but that was not the case , he had the part he needed on hand ( the compressor went bad) fixed the problem and tuned up the air conditioner to make sure!! I will never use anyone else for service again!!!! He is the best!! Robin Iona
I thought I was facing a new A/C unit since it's a little old but Josh was able to identify it was just a faulty part. He got it working again in no time. He did a great job.

Josh was fantastic. Our AC needed service and we’re right on the brink of the hot season. He was quick to respond to my message, got here the next day, pricing was incredibly fair, and very knowledgeable on the fix. Can’t say thank you enough for having him there to help!
We just had our furnace repaired by Jashua this morning, he had the problem diagnosed and repaired within minutes, very knowledgeable, polite and most of all our dogs liked him. I highly recommend him.
