On 10-11-22 I was travelling down Greenwich road and "tailed" by someone driving a service vehicle from this company. He rode my bumper and continually flashed his lights at me because apparently I wasn't going fast enough for him even though I was going the speed limit. I should mention I was hauling a load and I am not going to speed and risk my safety and everyone else's just so one of your service people can get where he's going a few minutes faster. If this is how the employees of Hank's Refrigeration behave, I would strongly suggest not doing business with them. Who wants someone with anger issues in their home or business?

Very inconsistent he'll take the easy jobs but the hard jobs he turns down and doesn't give you an explanation why he won't work on it

Very Happy! Our facility's walk-in cooler stopped working. Called them in the morning on Saturday. Had Bryan (technician) within an hour. He was very professional and got our cooler running within 2 hours. Very pleased. We used them for the first time and will definitely be using them again (if something happens). Thank you

Called Hank's Refrigeration last night after my dipping cabinet went down. This equipment was critical to the operation of my ice cream shop, so I asked for an emergency service call. A few minutes later a really sweet guy named Sam called and said that he is not allowed to come out to a first time customer. Only established customers get after hours service calls. Understandable, I guess. Sam said he or someone from his company will be at my business at 8am and promised to get me up and running before the start of my business day. He quoted me $120 for the first hour, and $90 after that. Fast forward to 8am, and no one shows up. At 8:30 I called the main office and got a woman on the phone with some serious attitude. She said "Well that's nice to hear you made it into work today with this weather!" Yes lady, I did make it in. In fact, I left my house a half hour early because of the weather. That's called responsibility. Especially when you're running a business! Because of the weather I waited a half hour to call your office. I understand its snowing. However, its also Northeast Ohio and unless you moved here last week, you should know how snow works! We only got 3 inches last night. It wasn't a blizzard and the roads are completely clear. They didn't even call kids off of school. Its not that bad out! I was then forwarded to Paul the "service manager", who informed me that he had NO IDEA he was supposed to me out at my business. I told him about my call with Sam, and he said "I don't know why Sam told you that". Then said "I guess we can get someone out there." I guess? Seriously? Thanks! I appreciate you doing me the favor. *eye roll* Then followed with quoting me a price HIGHER than what I was told last night. Forget it!!! I don't do business with lazy and shady people. Sam was polite, professional, and would have come out if he was allowed to service new customers. However the woman who answers the phone and Paul need to reev

One of their vans pulled out right in front of me on Summit Rd while I was on my way to work this morning. # 11. I had to slam on my brakes. Inconsiderate drivers = inconsiderate people

I called them at 9:30 pm on a very cold night. One of my rental properties had no heat. The woman who answered the phone asked me " would you like this to be an urgent heat call" , I said yes and she took my name and number. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!!!!
