Replaced my AC unit 2 years ago. Friendly and professional. Didn't try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. Got the job done and haven’t had a single issue since. Not a single complaint from me.

Joe and his crew are the real deal. He repaired our old 25 year AC unit several times. Then we went to him to install a New AC / Furnace March 2023. He had the best prices and best warranties that no company could beat. His crew came out and had both AC / Furnace installed in 1 day. LOVE our new AC / Furnace. He was honest, professional, very friendly, timely. He’s got a happy costumer for life.
Our furnace went out and Warstler was the last one we called. My Dad found a coupon for a 96% efficiency furnace. I took pics of our current furnace and sent them to him. Joe initially gave me a quote for the 80% efficiency (I didn't specify which one I wanted). He also gave me the quote for 96% efficiency furnace which was still less than the other two quotes at 80% efficiency furnaces. I should also mention that I had asked for a higher BTU furnace and Joe stated I didn't need it. After research I found that the other companies were just trying to sell me a furnace I didn't need. I appreciated Joe's honesty. Warstler guy came out the following Monday to do a measurement and it was pretty cold. They turned on our furnace, long enough to warm up the house and was here about an hour. They then came a week later to install the furnace. The guys that installed the furnace were here early and were very professional and knowledgeable. From start to finish, I think it took about 6 hours. They showed me where the filter was on the furnace and how to work the thermostat. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of work along these lines done. Through another friend I've also heard they do a great job installing tankless water heaters. So if you're in the market for that, I would recommend them as well.

Top of the line service. I was calling around to get estimates when my furnace quit working. When I spoke with Joe from Warstler Furnace, he told me he could send me an estimate via text and email. I received the estimate right away. He had the best rate and I immediately signed with them. They came with a furnace to get heat back in my house while the one I wanted needed to be picked up in an off location site. I really appreciated all the work and professionalism from this company. And the price was excellent! I originally only wanted the furnace, but after getting the price to add A/C, I proceeded to get that as well. It took them less than a day, and I had a brand new Trane furnace and air conditioner installed. I highly recommend this company for their quality and professionalism. Oh and their competitive price. Below zero outside and my furnace pressure sensor was causing it not to run. They suggested checking the mesh screen on the PVC pipe outside the house. Sure enough it was clogged/frozen over. It's guys like this that will take an extra minute and do what they can to help VS others that take 2-3 days to send a tech out.
Had new AC unit and furnace installed within a week of initial contact. Very straightforward- best of 4 estimates in the Akron area.

Joe was able to give me an accurate quote based on photos of my furnace and some additional details of my home. Warstler was able to come the following week to replace my furnace and AC. There were some communication issues that followed, but Joe came through and was able to personally resolve everything. You are not going to find a kinder HVAC professional who values customers. Highly recommend.
Hottest day of the year, and all the other companies were either changing an additional $100, so $199 just to stop by, or they were booked for the next few days... I called Warstler, and they sent a HVAC guy over by noon!!! Excellent service, quick response and the lowest cost. Thank you
We used Warstler Furnace LLC to install a central air system. Joe was very responsive, and we had air two weeks from our initial conversation. Fast and quality work! Our AC quit during a 90° week recently! I called Warstler furnace and Joe came right out. They installed a new AC for us. They were very friendly,, professional and worked diligently all day to get it installed and new lines ran in our basement for a different location. Our house is ice cold now! We are very happy. I highly recommend.
Joe was a nice guy on the phone when I actually spoke to him one time, but past that his communication is pretty terrible. I don’t expect much of anything but what I was told to expect and when we spoke on a Wednesday night - he asked me to send him pictures of my furnace and ac unit to quote me the following morning and didn’t. I reached out to him multiple times, and was left pretty empty handed every time. It’s now Saturday and I still haven’t talked to the guy aside from some vague emails with things I didn’t ask for, and where my questions didn’t get answered. He asked me to call him today because he wasn’t able to talk Friday night after I got off work due to him having plans - no problem - once again I call, no answer. His prices seem great but it didn’t work out for me. Pretty disappointed with the situation, because he seems like a very small local operation and I’d much rather support him over someone else.

Joe and his team did an excellent job in determining my needs and ultimately installing the final product. I received several bids for my work and, by far, they asked the most questions and were the most consultative in helping me come to the right conclusions. They showed up when promised and tackled what was admittedly a tough job in the time that was promised. I am thrilled with how well my new A/C works and could not be more pleased with the entire experience! I highly recommend Warstler Furnace!!
Barely responded and I tried to get a quote and was told he would send me one that evening then never sent me anything! If you don't want another customer for a new ac and furnace, that's fine, I gladly took my business elsewhere!
