I was truly impressed by how polite, friendly, and professional every person I dealt with was. You don’t come across many people like that anymore. CKP put heating and cooling in my dog training facility, and I couldn’t be more happy. Thank you again!
We used CKP to replace our electric hot water tank. CKP was quick to respond and get us on the schedule. The technician was very professional and did a great job, including cleaning up the area before he left. Our new unit is working well! Thanks CKP! They will be my first call if I ever have another hot water issue or a HVAC issue.

We have used CKP for routine service and repair for 5+years. Service and personal have always been top shelf. Recently had a service need on the 4th of July weekend. The after-hours service took our call and the servicemen called us within 15 minutes and was at our house within an hour. The system is over 30 years old and the servicemen warned us that it was on borrowed time. This past week the AC died. First call to install was 5 days The install techs, Dave and Derek were excellent and did very professional work.
I had the best experience with CKP from start to finish! I turned on our A/C for the first time this year and nothing was blowing from the vents. I called another company for a service call and they came out to check the issue. They stated the blower was out and quoted me a pretty hefty amount to replace the blower system. I was then referred to CKP by a family member. I contacted Nick, who was AWESOME! He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond. I couldn't of asked for better service. Nick ordered the part and within ONE day I received a phone call that the part was in, which the other company stated the part would take 6-8 weeks to come in. Their quote was much cheaper and saved us a couple hundred dollars. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future.
My furnace stopped. I was able to get an appointment same day when I called, and the repair was done well and for a reasonable price. Friendly, knowledgeable repair staff. Would highly recommend!
Super professional and they sent a great technician. My hot water tank wasn’t working properly and they serviced it the following day! They were NOT pushy on a typical sales pitch. Also, the PM that I signed up for really paid off as well! Dave Evans had all my HVAC/hot water tanks taken care of. I strongly recommend this family owned company!

Had the best experience with CKP from start to finish! I bought a house last October and dreaded the fact that I needed to install a new AC and furnace. However, Dave, as well as the other technicians that installed my new units, were very reasonable, knowledgeable, and personable! As a new homeowner, I knew that whenever I had a question, I could easily contact Dave Evans or Chaz Price, Owner. They were responsive, professional, and provided exceptional work. Same day service! Woke up to no heat, they were more then responsive then getting someone scheduled that met our schedule. Back to a warm house within a hour!
Excellent customer service from Nick Compton, one of their employees, who came to do yearly maintenance and check why our heater stopped working the day before. He was very thorough and explained everything to me easily. Easy to make appointment with the office, also. Very happy with service provided. Will definitely use again and recommend.
This company treats their employees terribly, no regard for their home life or families. Consider that when choosing who to do your business with. Support companies with better values than this place.
CKP has performed spring and fall maintenance on my home HVAC system for 3 years and performed one repair. The office staff and technicians have been professional and timely. They have completed thorough inspections during both the routine maintenance visits and repair visit. They also thoroughly explained in layman's terms how it is performing or what issue they are finding.
If I could give a zero star I would. They installed a air conditioner a year ago. It took them four times to get it right. Each service person blaming the last one. They started installation at the end of June but didn’t finish till August. A year later & it’s not working. So I called & was told it would be $97 for the first half hour to just look at it. I thought it would be covered but it was two weeks past the first initial installation. I said don’t you think it would be good business to make this right. His exact words, I disagree.

I contacted CKP Heating & Cooling regarding an issue I had with my furnace during a recent, unexpected cold snap. From the initial phone call through the technician’s visit to my home, I was very pleased with my experience with CKP. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and pleasant, and took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. Given the drop in temperatures that day, she even scheduled a technician to come out that very afternoon! The CKP technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, arriving at my home on time and making sure to clean up after himself. He was quickly able to diagnose the issue, and had my furnace back to working condition in no time! I am grateful to CKP Heating & Cooling for making the whole process as painless as possible. The next time I run into any HVAC issues, I know who I’ll be calling!
I had CKP install a new thermostat and do a clean and check on my system. The tech came prepared, on time and was professional. He gave me thorough documentation on the work that was done and showed me how to use the new thermostat. Great job.
CKP literally just saved the day! Me, my girlfriend and my dog woke up freezing to no heat on this cold morning. CKP was there in a timely manner and came to the rescue on this Saturday morning!
