Alex was at my house within an hour of me calling. Was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and got our AC up in running in no time!
Mike was very informative and explained everything about the units and the install. Scott & Sam were very prompt and professional. They started at 8am and were done by early afternoon. I am very pleased with their service.

Quality Heating and Cooling are Professional, Reliable and do excellent work. We had them install a Trane furnace and A/C unit 2 years ago and signed up for their Maintenance program. It is easy and convenient, plus it helps maintain the warranty on our investment. We highly recommend you give them a try!

The Quality service professional was on time and knowledgeable and polite. He cleaned and replaced our air conditioner filter which was filthy after cleaning out our home for a move to our new home. Our hvac unit stopped cooling and after a call to Quality, Cory came and diagnosed the problem and was as straightforward and honest as could be. We could not ask for anything more than that. The unit has been repaired and we are cool and comfortable again.
