Wonderful company to work with. Very knowledgeable about their job. They knew what I needed and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. They are honest and fair. They deal in top of the line products. The crews are very professional and courteous. They answered all of our questions. This company has my business for life.
My husband and I purchased a heat pump and had it installed about 2 years ago it has not worked correctly since their initial installation. We have had to call them several times only to be told there's nothing wrong finally a year and a 1/2 later after much frustration they came out again and discovered that in fact there was something wrong the entire time.had nothing but problems. The owners the most unprofessional person I've ever met in my life never ever would I recommend this company. In fact I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
Excellent professional service. They were quick to answer all of my questions and provide a quick and clean install in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend. Jim was great to work with.
Westfield installed AC and replaced 45 year old furnace. The crew did a great job, had everything done including clean up, in 4 1/2 hours. I will recommend Westfield to anyone I know who need heating or AC work. They were also the most reasonably priced out of all the estimates I received.
