I cannot thank Brett and Dan Donnelly enough. Our furnace malfunctioned on the coldest day of the year, 2 days before Christmas whilst a blizzard was happening. I called and within 2 hours, Brett was at our home and fixed what we needed within 30 minutes. I now have my core hvac team if ever needed again. Thank you DD!!!
Bret is always great on the service calls, very accomplished. The office support is always first-rate as well.

I was waiting to write this until the first “winter” gas bill came so I could do a comparison of what we saved by upgrading our system - it was a good chunk! Donnelly HVAC were incredibly professional and did a great job at our house! They installed a new furnace, A/C, whole house humidifier, and filter. Super clean while they worked. Great quality for the equipment. And super nice.
I just wanted to correct a negative review that was posted erroneously by me. I had a wonderful experience with them. I have always used them for keeping my two furnaces in working condition. Their employee was super nice, and I regret if anyone thought bad of them. I will continue to use them going into the future.

I had an appointment for service on two rental apartments. They were very prompt, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Fixed the problem in a timely and clean fashion. Very happy with the work that was done.
We have been using DAN donnelly HVAC for almost 40 years. Always excellent service at good price. Had to write review because of last service. Brett & John did an amazing job at our son's Lakewood home. Converted to forced air and added air conditioning. They worked around lots of contractors in & out and kept to a timeline even with challenges. All contractors in house were amazed at the job they did. Thanks so much Brett, John & Steph!!

Gave my mother a quote that was ridiculously high, then tried to force her to sign the contract before he would leave. Terrible!
I was out of town for Thanksgiving and had a house sitter. Our batteries apparently died in our stat. They charged me $150.00 the replace them because it was on Thanksgiving. I had to pay via debit card and I had some issues financially I didn’t realize. I told them I would pay the following Monday after some issues they had. After being up front with them and continually letting them know on a daily basis the secretary got very condescending and rude. I never had someone try to talk down on me like that for $150.00 bill that I told them I will pay a little later. Never again will I use this company.
I hired Dan Donnelly to install two central air systems in my duplex, and they did an outstanding job for a very reasonable price. Overall, I found them to be very responsive, super friendly, always on time, and they finish the job ahead of schedule. The results are wonderful.

Our A/C shut off today and Dan Donnelly HVAC & Brett Clemons saved the day. We needed a new furnace motor and the service was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced for the work performed. Brett installed our furnace 4 years ago and unfortunately we did not listen about bringing them back for maintenance (our motor was full of dust bunnies, cat fur, and loose paper). We will be sure to call them for the maintenance we need to ensure we keep cool in the summer, and warm in the winter. Thanks Dan Donelly HVAC, you have a CUSTOMER for LIFE!
