Northeast plumbing is re-plumbing my bathroom to make it safe and easy to use for my disabled grandmother. They gave me a fantastic quote compared to other companies and knowing this was time sensitive they started work right away. Tim and Ryan are very professional and have no issues answering my questions. I have used them before to help with plumbing issues in another restroom in my home and they sent Hayden out and he did a beautiful job fixing our shower. Thank you!
Tim and Nick did a great job with snaking out our really long drain that had been blocked and blocked my main toilet and bathroom. Kudos to them for braving work every day! Both nick and Tim were very professional and Tim explained the process very well.
Highly recommend. We called with a minor leak. It was the large issue that we had been expecting Hayden and Dale arrived right on time to do the big job. They were professional, yet friendly. They're a fantastic team! They are organized. They communicate well and their skills must compliment each other very well. They worked independently, and as a team on several tasks on different floors. They were even tidy! We were told to expect a full day job. The work was completed by lunch. Everything was done professionally and correctly. Our crumbling pipes were efficiently replaced. Valves replaced. Work done on our bathroom as well. We spoke with Chris. Bill, the plumber who aren't within a short time after our initial call. Diagnosed the problem. Stopped thee leak. The administrative staff, and Hayden and Dale. This is a top notch business. A truly professional team. The price was very reasonable. This is the place to hire.
Run. What could be a minor issue became a $900 issue in a matter of minutes. The individual they sent out showed a total lack of knowledge about plumbing and older Lakewood homes.
We’ve used Northeast for toilet maintenance and installation a few times. They are now my “go to” plumbing service. They respond quickly and finish the job quickly and professionally. Their technician, Bill, has been especially helpful.
This was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this company. Two technicians came to evaluate and reinstall a leaking toilet, and determined the need to replace the original flange from 1937 with a repair flange. Within an hour, I saw that the toilet was still leaking out of the room into the basement. I called and requested these techs to come back, but instead I got a young tech who told me he is only 3-4 years into the business, but started recommending jackhammering through my floor to do massive work on the flange and pipes. I had a different company come out, and that plumber not only found issues with how NorthEast's work was done, but also did real troubleshooting. He found that the problem was with a hairline fracture in the toilet itself. This has ended up costing me well over $1,000 for plumbing services on a toilet, and NorthEast was going to jackhammer through my floor - all because the young tech and the owner looked at "pictures". This company needs to ensure that senior techs are checking the work of younger techs. Work should have a warranty. And DO NOT recommend major construction projects until you have done the due diligence and completed all troubleshooting first. I will never work with this company again, and urge anyone who does to get other quotes/estimates before moving forward. You never know if they know what they are doing, or just looked at a picture and jumped to the big-ticket repair.
Professional friendly and helpful service
My wife called them for an estimate to replace a broken toilet flapper. After the plumber inspected it, he told me that they could not fix the ball flapper, and instead said they'd have to install an entire new toilet for $400, or $200 if we supplied the toilet. Incredulously, I said it defied belief that they could not fix a flapper, and I would NOT have them do the work. Amazingly, the owner of the business called my wife at the end of the day to say that they could, in fact, fix it but needed to borrow the broken flapper to match it "at the warehouse." He said he was sorry his plumber said he couldn't fix it. Mind you, this is a simple ball flapper on a metal rod which the first plumber said was beyond repair. What changed? Nothing, other than my response that I didn't believe it was not fixable. I'm certain they've used this scam on others, so my recommendation is to use another plumber.
Finished job in spite of hurdles. Reasonable price. Very happy with results.

They will diagnose the problem thoroughly and make sure your repair is done correctly with real plumbing standards. No half a$$ this or BS that. Thanks to all of the guys. Chris, Jacob, Justin, Tim, Bill amd the other 2 whose names I didn't catch. These are the pros you're looking good for.

Service could not be any worse than this! Company sent out to repair valve and instal new washing machine from Home Depot. Guys were helpful to instal hose needed for drain to sink going into sum pump. On testing, I noticed leak, and thought was fixed. Told to run test wash when they left. Later I discovered the hose was hooked up to wall not sink, so drained onto floor.I had to hire a plumber who additionally stated valves replaced too long and now needed copper pipe to be secure and make up to code. Additionally, for code, brackets need to be placed every 3 feet. This could have wrecked my home if came off the wall. In addition, they broke my hose by clamping it too tight, had to replace that also! Overcharged my card. Waiting 3 days to hear back from company, received phone call from less than friendly employee and can’t even get problem addressed! Had to hire someone to address flood, and repair everything stated above just so I can use my new washing machine! Will update if owner can call back and rectify this.

Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical did an amazing job. The owner himself came out and took care of our garbage disposal. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and professional it was nice dealing with an experienced plumber and not a young technician. His prices were extremely reasonable even for a Saturday call. I highly recommend Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical.
