I was desperate to fix our ac which failed during the air quality and heat issues. McAfee was the only one who got back to me quickly and had everything installed and fixed within a week - which included a holiday. Joe and Andrew were the installers and did an awesome job even though the weather wasn't great. So appreciative to them!

Air conditioner went out yesterday. I called this morning and they were here by 9:am. Chaz was very professional.

Our AC stopped working on a Saturday evening. I called Sunday morning the weekend before the 4th of July. James arrived at our home in less than 30 minutes!!! He was very professional and informative! Our AC is working great now! Thanks so much!
The technicians, Mike and Logan, both friendly and efficient. However, the cost was a bit steep for a 2.5 hour job.

6/18/23 100% will never do business with this company. I called to receive a quote on a HVAC replacement. The individual I talked to, who did not give me his name, was one of rudest individuals I've ever talked to in sales. He asked how many quotes I've already taken and when I said five he stated, "Wow, that's a lot. Why so many?" I then replied that I was just trying to get the best "bang for my buck". He then replied with, "Usually that means that a person is looking for the cheapest product." After a few more degrading comments after asking him what products they sell, I said that it doesn't seem that you would like my business. I think that's all the information I need. His reply was "That's what I figured." I hung up at that point. Again, worst customer service I have ever experienced. I hope Greg McAfee sees how his employees treat potential customers. I will tell every person I know to never do business with McAfee Heating and Air. 6/30/23 It seems that Mr McAfee has commented on my report of the horrendous customer service by his agents over the phone. Mr. McAfee, please by all means transcribe the entire interaction I had with your employee over the phone. I think that would be extremely helpful to see what was stated and how RUDE your employees are to prospective customers. If you listened to the recording then you would know I said FIVE, 5, ESTIMATES, not seven like you stated incorrectly. Whether you stated that to make me appear more flippant or to make yourself look like your company doesn't have issues with customer service, I'll never know the truth. Why would you bring up Hauser heating and air? If I was related to them I would of just had them install my HVAC. My roots come from Wisconsin sir. Thank you for showing me the type of company you represent. A company where you and your employees do nothing wrong and the "customer" is always wrong as well. A great experience at all levels. Competitive prices, great prompt service. Had a question about our new thermostat; ashley set up a prompt service call. Chaz and Clint walked us through the process patiently and professionally. Installers and salesperson very nice and professional as well.
We were fit into their schedule for a minor problem. They also completed our regular service three weeks ahead of our scheduled appointment.

Great vent cleaning service with a full truck and in-vent scrubbing. Andrew & the second tech (forgot the name!) were both wonderful technicians to work with.

Ian and Logan cleaned the ducts in my apartment. They were very kind, professional, and informative. They put everything they moved back where it belonged and worked with me to keep my cat safe which I very much appreciated. They showed up on time, got the job done and had a great attitude.
