Prompt, professional but service. Troy, took the time to explain what he was doing to diagnose my Air Conditioning issues and the steps to fix this. Service was personable and project performed Prices were reasonable and I was so impressed with the experience I bought a service plan from Troy/Timos Because I trust Troy the technicians work and Timos itself.
Mirek, Linus and who spent four days on our huge task was terrific. They were always on time, professional, thoroughly prepared, ready to solution questions, and always kept us in the loop regarding progress. And we are satisfied with the end result - two new ACs and furnaces for our two story home plus basement. Great job all around. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
Best work in Maricopa. I took my car in for a oil change and tire inspection. Josh and the rest of the staff are professional and trustworthy. I take my car to the dealership but trust them when I can’t get to the dealership. Thankyou for providing wonderful work as always:)
We bought an old building and wanted the furnace checked out before winter set in. They fit us in and our fix guy Oscar was super and answered all my questions. We’d definitely use them again in the future.

I have to say, this business is run professionally and organized but still with a feel of a family business. Staff members are honest and were there to solution any questions I had. Daniel D. was knowledgeable and one of the friendliest people I had the pleasure of dealing with. From the moment he walked in until the time he left, he made sure was great to go before he left. Furnace failed last night but they had it back up and running before noon today. They originally installed system and had the needed part in stock (gas safety system part). As always professional respectful and got the task done

As my heating system is new, I had several questions about it, which he answered courteously and professionally. He suggested some adjustments to resolve my issues. He made the adjustments at my request, and I am satisfied with the outcomes. He took the time to ensure everything worked as it was supposed to.

kind, and competent, the scheduler was able to fit me in right away. Tech came on schedule. Additionally, be respectful and professional. discovered the dilemma and immediately made the necessary repairs. I was shown the difficult area. I was given repair alternatives and a cost estimate. was able to arrange for a meeting for me to evaluate my choices with a corporate representative. once more gave me an estimate right away. Everything was done in my house. that I get the inspected because it was the same age as the furnace. The amount of service I received is totally overwhelming, and the technician came back that same evening. Unfortunately, given the lifespan of the units they install, this may be my only interaction with them. Without a doubt, highly recommended.
The company i have a contract with could not come fix my unit for almost 3 weeks. I contacted and they were out the next day. Danny identified the problem and the part came in two days early. His office communicated step of the way, returned calls and thank you Sherri! I will recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Today I had 3 missed calls, I finally had time to answer and it was Danny, following up to make sure all was working well.great service!
