Non-urgent air conditioner check up. Gave options for required services to improve our home's efficiency. No pressure was exerted. Eric educated us and gave us necessary information on which to base our decisions. Than you, this was a pleasant encounter. Eric and Amir were here today to initiate a monthy membership and follow up on freon maintenance for our air conditioner. Pleasant, proficient and professional, these men represent Eco in the best light possible. Obviously being a part of this team is rewarding and is a wonderful employment experience. This was both observable and verbalized. Thank you to everyone associated with Eco, from those In the office to those in the field. Congratulations on a business doing it right!
Eric Spencer was professional, knowledgeable and informative. Hired to do an inspection/tune up. Did a nice job of cleaning the confessor and evaporator coils to ensure top performance, Thanks.
Eric was absolutely wonderful! He was very friendly and professional. He was also knowledgeable and very willing to share information, tips, tricks, etc. And best of all, he wasn’t a push salesman. He even offered to help me with an unrelated issue (tightening the screws on our screen door that kept hitting the deck floor)….wow! Would happily have Eco Plumbers service our furnace and a/c in the future if Eric handles it!
Called ECO Plumbing and they came out to give us an estimate the next day. Tom Zimmerman was our serviceman, he was polite, friendly, cortious, very professional. After assessing the problem he gave us several options for repair. He was informative and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend ECO Plumbing.
Dean came out as a follow-up to a previous service call to run a camera through our main drain. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company. I can't say enough good things about my experience with them. This company strives for excellence, and they truly hit the mark

This team was so wonderful! From the first call to set up an appointment, the customer service was amazing. The team that came to do the repairs went above and beyond. I had estimates from other companies and simply did not go with them because they made me feel uncomfortable. That was not the case with a single person on their team! I was already embarrassed at the state of my home but not once did I feel judged and we even had a few laughs over several repairs that were done. They always kept in mind I’m a single mother and prioritized what needed to be done to keep my home and family safe. I will never go to another company and will be a customer for life now. No, they didn’t pay me to write this either and I hardly ever write a review but it was certainly called for after the superb services they all provided. Dean, Rob and Tim were just a few of the amazing folks that helped me!

Called Eco Plumbers last night just after 8:00, was put on a wait list. They called back in less than a half hour to do the job. Zane, who installed a new sump pump with battery backup, quickly diagnosed the problem as an old dead pump and replaced with a new one. I was given three options without pressure to choose the most costly one. He explained each choice and when I chose the pump I wanted, he got right to work. After the installation, he showed me everything and explained how the battery backup works. He was professional, friendly and very responsive to my questions. He made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Would recommend him
Tom and Greg did a great job installing a gas tankless water heater and a whole house water filter. It involved a lot of work, including venting and rerouting water pipes and they stayed until it was done. They were punctual, took time to explain what they were doing and explained how to maintain our new systems.
Had a new faucet installed and was happy with the service I received/ Tech was friendly and professional.
