I called first thing on a Monday morning for an unknown AC issue and they had someone at my house within a couple hours. The service tech was friendly and professional, showed us what the issue was in our unit and explained the next steps about part ordering/ scheduling the repair. Then we had a major issue with the manufacturer of our system being unable to provide the broken part. Through the whole ordeal Climate was very communicative, keeping us updated with thier communications and efforts with the supplier/ manufacturer and answering all our questions thoroughly. Eventually we just replaced our whole system and they were able to schedule install for the very next day. We had the same tech do the install that came out for the repair and he was just as friendly and professional. The customer service was just top notch and everyone was so friendly and helpful. And even though the part issue was very frustrating, they made the experience as smooth as possible. I'd absolutely recommend!
Truly an amazing experience with this company. My heat went out with negative wind chills the technician came within two hours. Unfortunately, my unit was unserviceable but he explained what broke and why it could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Due to holiday weekend while he was here on 12/23 he called to see when and where he could get a new unit. On. 12/24 on ice covered roads in frigid temps he drove over an hour away to get the unit and then returned to install it. They explained every step of the process, the warranty, what to expect and we’re not only professional but personable as well. They alleviated a lot of stress and worry. They even checked the AC unit while working on the heating unit. They went above and beyond and truly were amazing to work with. I’ll not use anyone but climate for any future heating or ac needs. Truly an amazing technician and crew as well as call center. I’m grateful for their amazing service.

Ken made our day! We had been suffering for most of the summer without ac, juggling between our home warranty and home insurance for responsibility and reasoning behind our broken ac. Once it was determined and we chose Climate Heating and Cooling… Ken was able to see us in a couple days time… consulted with us on a Thursday morning… and installed a brand new unit by early afternoon the same day (with the help of another young man whom we did not get to meet, but thanks to him also). Ken was informative, professional, extremely pleasant to work with and made us confident in our choice. We are now back to loving our summer again. Thank you Ken and Climate! We will definitely continue business with them for the continuing maintenance of our heating and cooling systems. You should too!
Dan Dane was very consultative and was able to easily pinpoint the problem I had, which was a HVAC unit that was not cooling properly. He tightened a few screws, cleaned out my system, refilled it with freon, and the thing was as good as new. I'd 110% recommend Dan and his team and will use them in the future.

Very honest and explained everything in great detail. Our old company told me to buy the wrong air filters and Nick from Climate explained exactly what I need. As a first time home buyer with little knowledge of how hvac systems work, I really appreciate him giving me three or four tips on long term maintenance. Highly recommend.

Tech came and was very informative and he allowed me to explain my issues. He then walked me thru troubleshooting my furnace. He gave me a few tips on how to check my furnace prior to another service call. He gave me some must do maintenance tips to Keep my furnace system working properly. Good job…. Thanks for the service
Adam was great! Called ahead and arrived when he was supposed to. Very nice and courteous. He fixed our leaky furnace in a jiffy. Answered every question I had. I’d also like to add the person calling to make the appointment was also very knowledgeable and nice. I will definitely work with them again,
Friend of mine was told she needed a new control board for her air handler. Your technician failed to locate the shorted wire.
