I was very pleased with the prompt help and professional customer service to fix my leaking shower. Both the person who answered the phone and the plumber who provided the service were a pleasure to deal with.

We were unable to make the plumbing repairs on our own and APEX was one of the few plumbers who actually called me on a Sunday to schedule a time. The tech came as scheduled, with his office sending me texts & emails that he was on his way. The clean & branded truck gave us insurance that the work would be good. Keenan was thoughtful as he entered the house and able to give us a quote on the spot with options to lower the cost. The overall cost was a bit more than we wanted to spend, but we needed it done, and Keenan got it all done for us. He even discussed with us the option of getting a filter system that would help save our internal plumbing and allow for better drinking water. The APEX bear is our favorite! Will consider APEX for future plumbing work for sure.
APEX saved our day! With movers here and the water not turning off for the washer, APEX was out to our home within 1 hour of calling in a panic. Blake was AMAZING and had everything fixed and had us on our way within minutes. We cannot recommend them enough!!
We were having a leak from our toilet and Apex was able to come out the same day as I called to service the problem. Keenan arrived at our house within an hour or so from calling. He was professional, thorough and kind to me and my little ones. We are thankful for his help and expertise and would definitely recommend Apex!

Very good scheduling and follow up communications. Gus was knowledgeable and helpful. Price felt high ($280 for a 45 minute total visit, $10 parts) but I don't know averages.

Gus did a great job flushing the water heater. He even let me know we could go a bit longer as there was not much buildup in the water heater
