We lost hot water after our old water heater failed and flooded our basement. Josh sent his guys who were: On time, professional, very fast in removing, disposing of and replacing our old water heater, curteous in answering all my questions as a newer home owner, and extremely knowledgeable as industry experts with more years experience than I've been alive. I would highly recommend any of the services they offer.
100% recommend this company for your home needs. Eric, Dave and Joe were professional, highly skilled, timely and generally extremely helpful. They took care of my home as if it were theirs. After repairs, they cleaned up and left my home impeccable. Their honesty and quality of work did not go unnoticed. Will seek them again for other home repairs needed in the future.
Our water heater went out and flooded our basement due to the leak. Owners are wonderful people and helped us get a new water heater within our budget. The guys they sent were very fast and professional. Everything is working great!
I have used Steadfast Home Repair on three separate occasions. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Josh made the time to help diagnose why my furnace was not working. He had someone out the next day only because it was after the parts store was closed. He replaced our water heater and his price was very reasonable. I recommend this company!!!
I can't say enough good things about this company. I recently purchased a home, and as I expected, a large tree in the front had infiltrated the sewer lines. They cleared the blockage so I didn't have to relocate to a hotel, and then replaced the sewer line and the sanitary sewer line. When they were done, they smoothed out the yard, laying grass seed and straw. The front yard looks better now than it did before their work! I felt their price was fair, and I know their work increased the value of my home, plus, it is an issue I will not have to worry about again. Several neighbors also commented about the high quality of the work, and asked for their contact information. It is extremely hard to find honest and reliable workpeople, especially when one is new to the area. I feel VERY blessed that I was led to them. They showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do, did the job well, and left the area better than they found it. One can't ask for anything more from a company. Again, I can't say enough good things about them, and I highly recommend them.
Truly a professional service at a reasonable rate
Had them about a month and a half ago for major drain project which caused to have water in my basement. I can happily say they have fixed the problem and after several storms my basement has been bone dry. Very quick and receptive service. Would use again.
Josh came out to quote me for a new furnace /replacement. He was very knowledgeable. Walked me through a few systems he had to offer . The day of installation went great .His team were professional and great to work with .
We had a very tricky leak at the base of our tub drain that was coming through our ceiling in the kitchen. Josh came out and looked and had his guys out the next day and took care of the issue in a very professional and timely manner. I would recommend steadfast to anyone! Josh was extremely helpful and honest!

Hours before we left for my son's out of town wedding, we discovered a gas leak. Josh's team came in got it fixed and got the gas back on in a few hours. Fantastic work, great price, and great people!
Buying a new furnace and air conditioner was my first major investment in my new home. Everyone at Steadfast went above and beyond from start to finish. Had a burst pipe in the crawlspace due to recent freezing temps, talked to Josh and he said they’d send someone out today. They showed up and repaired the pipe quickly and were very professional. Price was decent too compared to some other businesses. Highly recommend. Will use them for all my HVAC and plumbing needs in the future!
Josh and his team came out Christmas Eve day and got our ancient boiler system repaired and up and running. Incredible service oriented business which you rarely see these days. I highly recommend.

I'm very happy with the service I received from steadfast home service they did an excellent job repairing my drains and replacing my sewer line. I would highly recommend them. very friendly and clear explaining work
Our boiler was running continuously and then all of a sudden it shut off. Troy came to look. He was very nice. Said we needed a part and a clean. We were misquoted for the cleaning. At the diagnostic appointment , Troy said it would be around $90 something and the next day it was like $200 and something. After talking to my husband, they honored the original price. Two weeks after they had completed a $500+ repair the issue started back up again. I called back to see if he could come back and Josh (owner I assume) was very pleasant and said he could send someone back and he remembered the job but didn't confirm my address. I called him back within hours and text him to see if he could come sooner but I never heard back from him. A different company was able to come and diagnose the issue saying that a valve wasn't completely closed and that there was water going into the boiler which had to be drained which was the source of my issue. It cost us $150. We are very dissatisfied and would not recommend this company.
AC quit working during a record hot spell in the middle of the night. Left a voicemail at 2 am and got a call back before 8. Technician was here as promised just after 9. He was very courteous and professional. AC was fixed promptly by 10am for a reasonable price. Could not be happier with Steadfast Home Service. Will use for all plumbing and HVAC needs in the future.
