Warm weather has arrived and I find my AC not working. I was afraid I would need a new unit, but the guys did a great service check and found all I needed was a capacitor. Great guys great service honest!! The only company you will ever need!!

Absolutely the best! 1st time having Lanigan H&AC out for an HVAC bi-yearly system maintenance check on a 10 yr. unit and could not be more pleased! On time, courteous, knew exactly what needed to be repaired/replaced; straight forward terms for the Invoice. I can't wait to tell the other condo owners about Lanigan!!

Lanigan HVAC was awesome to work with. We needed a vent for a dryer that we installed in our new place of business. Dan was able to run the duct work through the roof of the building and get us up an operating. The work was top-notch.
We called and had a in home humidifier add to our furnace. When requesting the quote they were very responsive and replied quickly. I received my quote and was able to schedule to have the service completed all within a few days. They were in and out quickly. Cleaned up any mess. Best of all the were professional and reasonably priced.
Dan's a great guy! Went above and beyond... even installed a thermostat I previously bought and never installed! Fixed a broken drain pipe cleaned everything up and tuned up my 24 year old furnace to purr like a kitten!
Seemed a little high price for simple fix under kitchen sink, but not up on rising costs as my wife and I are on a fixed income retired…otherwise work was great…
There was a puddle of water around the floor of my furnace. Dan came out and took care of the clogged pipe from my humidifier. He then connected a clean out for future maintenance so this doesn’t happen again. Dan is very friendly, professional and definitely knows what he’s doing. I would recommend Lanigan’s Heating and air conditioning for all your HVAC needs.
Wonderful experience! Called Lanigan Heating after another company failed to fix our issues after $500 in cost. Lanigan was able to come out the next day and fixed our issue at half the cost! They were professional and honest and I will definitely use them again for any needs we may have!
Lanigan has done numerous work for me, from clean out my air ducts, to checking furnace and servicing my air conditioning, to replacing my hot water tank. They have always done a fantastic job. They were very professional and always cleaned up so well that you never even knew they had been there except for the fact that everything was working again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the services they offer. I will continue to use them and to recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again, to all at Lanigan.
This family owned business is one of a kind! Matt performed the yearly maintenance on my furnace. Everyone at Lanigan is friendly, professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
My friend has an HVAC company and I feel they way over quoted me to install a humidifier on our furnace. With all the business I give him with all my businesses needing service I expect nothing more then a fair price. Another friend told me to call Lanigan which I did and their quote was less then half of what my friends quote was. Friendship is friendship but money is money so be fair with me or I will figure it out. Over Lanigan did a great job and will use them in the future for sure
Lanigan’s was out for annual check on my furnace this year. Excellent service once again. Extremely happy with their services. Employees are kind and courteous. Explain everything they do. Wonderful experience! Prompt and professional. Definitely will continue to use Lanigan’s services.
Dan gave me best estimates on AC and new boiler. Nicole scheduled both jobs, the Men showed up explained what they were going to do and got to work. Very professional knew what they were doing. Upon completion they cleaned up and explained how the systems worked. Thanks Dan and crew for jobs well done.
