Nick Laule - Did a terrific job helping me and my family from the moment he helped educate me on the benefits and the installation of a new boiler. Even when my cat crawled on his back. He had a great team and as you can see great install. You can't go wrong! All of his team were very professional as well!
I was without heat and they were able to send someone (Joshua) out in the morning, Unfortunately my 21 year old furnace could not be easily repaired. Josh was able to call and see give a new furnace was in stock, gave me the quote and directed me to Geoffrey at Dollar Bank to see about financing . He made an appointment or me on Friday( Pending a call from Geoffrey) . This was done in a competent and professional manner.
I would give you guys 6 stars if I could. Josh just left and we have heat!!! He was polite, professional, informative and earlier than I ever imagined and explained everything he was doing and seeing in a way the layman can understand. I will always call you guys with any future needs. I had your competition out first ( I won't name them ) and I didn't know what was true or not because he was all about the upsell. Had me needing a new furnace and ac. I will tell everyone about your truly great company. Thank you.

Very knowledgeable and throughly explained my set up so I understand how my furnace works! And this might not matter to others, but I really appreciate that they wore boot covers in my house. We’ve used them a couple times now and I highly recommend them!
Did yearly inspection and cleaning. Replaced humidifier. Service call since furnace was not kicking on. 1/5/23 determined that inducer motor was going bad and needed to replaced asap. Told I would be getting a call once motor was in and I would get a quote on a new furnace since mine was 13 years old and the motor was going to be $1,700.00. Over two months later still waiting to hear back.
They showed up when they said they would. Respected my home by covering their shoes. They were very knowledgeable & took the time to answer my questions. The fee was reasonable.
Friendly, efficient, accommodated same day. Everyone I spoke with was kind and had stellar customer service. They fixed my heat quickly and were able to determine the issue at a quick glance. Great experience overall, highly recommend!
Excellent fairly priced service...Nick repaired my boiler furnace to bring it back online, in less than two hours, once the repair parts were available...thank you for the excellent service...I want this same company for my yearly/bi - yearly maintenance checks on my boiler system...Needless to say, I highly recommend Bill Reynolds Heating & Airconditioning Services...
