Hello RTT team, i had you guys onsite multiple times while i was on warranty through my builder but the issue you had claimed resolved is still there , how would like to go from here since i am not in warranty . do you even guarantee your work? please send someone experienced please if you plan to.
Ryan (Owner) and Tyler replaced my furnace yesterday. I have been without A/C for almost 2 months and it has been miserable. Could not use the A/C as it runs through the furnace. Furnace was over 25 years old and I had another contractor come out in June to fix the furnace. The tech first told me I needed a new motor, then a capacitor. He replaced the capacitor for $300 and told me the motor would be $900. I stopped at the capacitor. He left everything hanging down in the furnace. A friend of mine suggested I call RTT. Greatest suggestion. I called and made an appt. Long story short, I HAVE A/C NOW. I am so happy and comfortable in my home now. RTT had the best price. Very professional company and Nicolina is the best. Thank you so much!!!!! I would highly recommend this company.
We had RTT install air conditioning into our 90+ year old home. Ryan is a pleasure to work with and his team did great job. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard and cleaned up after they were done. I'm thrilled to be rid of the AC window units! Thanks RTT.
I was looking for quotes for a new furnace since mine was over 20 years old and failed, so decided to have it replaced along with the matched central air conditioner unit. I got estimates from several heating and cooling companies but ultimately gave the job to RTT Heating and Cooling, LLC . Ryan came out quickly, looked at my units and answered all my questions to give me the best options for both cost and reliability for a new complete system. Ryan was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need like others. His office contacted me and we scheduled a date to replace the units. Ryan sent out Tommy and Tyler , these guys removed the old Furnace and Air unit and Professionally installed the new ones, They were quick, professional, courteous and answered all questions. I couldn’t of asked for a better team of people including the office personal Nicolina, who was all so very professional and prompt. All I can say If you’re looking for a GREAT heating and cooling company to work on or replace your furnace and/or air, then Give Ryan a call! The furnace RTT installed is fantastic. Our heat is even and our home is so comfortable. We are thrilled with the service RTT provided. We appreciate that Ryan knows us and our house. To know our options, we got two other estimates, and RTT suggested better equipment at a lower price. RTT answered my numerous questions and we are happy with their recommendations. The crew was excellent and hard working. We are so pleased.

had my furnace installed 3 years ago and have been saving money ever since. and they also, checked and taped my heating ducts. Didn't expect that. it was really nice to see a local company that goes beyond what is expected.
They were fine at first had everything replaced hasn't been a year and the heat is not working properly and now I have been given the run around for weeks and don't have heat yet. I am extremely upset and would not recommend them any more they are "too" busy to help anytime soon.

I recently had a whole house attic fan installed. The installers were very professional, did a great job installing the fan, and were extremely conscientious about leaving their work area neat and clean after finishing the job. I have an old house in which some modifications had to be made in the attic and those were explained thoroughly and I felt completed in the best possible way for both supporting the fan and keeping the existing attic structures intact. I would highly recommend this company!

We had our A/C unit serviced and looked at (the air coming out wasn't getting cold) the tech was very professional and after reading lots of horror stories online about pricing (at other places) I believe their prices are very affordable compared to most heating/cooling companies.
Had them out twice once for furnace issue and once for AC. We found them through our home warranty and the 5 stars is because the technician was really nice and seemed like a good honest guy who did a great job fixing both issues quickly.
