Brandon would be a star no matter where he worked...the gold standard for customer service. Auburn Heating and Cooling is a great company, and Brandon reflects their excellence. My next replacement system will be done by Auburn Heating and Cooling, and I've already requested Brandon for the job!

Auburn is always so responsive! On-time as well. In addition to the scheduled maintenance, we had a problem with an AC unit which was fixed in short order.
Jon Staples and Kelly/Scott we're fantastic. They got to my issue within an hour and fixed my ac unit, saving me money in the process by doing an overview and finding something very simple that could've caused a much bigger issue. I'd recommend these folks to everyone I know in the Cleveland area.
We had a persistent issue with a fuse blowing and shutting down our system whenever the air conditioner on our heat pump came on line- it turned off our complete system. The technician. Mike/ and office Kelly & Joe worked tirelessly to solve the problem before the heat and our family from Taiwan arrived for most of this coming month of July-Thank You

Auburn already services my furnace and AC. On the last maintenance visit, i got a quote of $195 to cut and cap my existing fireplace gas line. Within 2 weeks, Brandon from Auburn HVAC came out and performed the job in 20 minutes. Very professional and courteous, just like all of the other technicians from Auburn that have come to my house. I highly recommend this company
Very efficient and friendly service
I wanted to share a comment about their excellent customer service. We have used Auburn for years and have always found their service and prices to be fair. They are always transparent and explain the process well. Recently a verbally quoted price was drastically different than an invoiced price. Management reached back out to me regarding my concerns and were very understanding about the mix up. Treat your customers well and they will keep coming back. We will definitely continue to use Auburn for our HVAC needs. Thanks!

After 13 years my Hot Water tank started to leak. Made a call to Auburn Heating and plumbing. I was able to get a firm quote over the phone and had two guys out there the next day replacing it. John and Steven were very professional, respectful and did a great job. I would recommend them highly.
