Not honest at all. Very bad experience with this company . 😕 they are thief. Plus they don't do the job correct !!!!!!!! Please please guys be carefully from those people . I had to call the police on him. After he refuse to take a check ✔️. He only want cash so you can't take him to a court when you pay him cash because won't be prove for you. And he don't give a receipt. The owner is a Palestinian refugee. And he doesn't even like th usa. He hate Israel 🇮🇱. 🇮🇱 he keep saying he wants to reveal Isreal drom the map. I have seen The Furnace Man vehicles all around the Dayton area for years, but have never needed any servicing. About a week ago I found myself needing to replace my whole HVAC system - interior and exterior units. At the recommendation of a close friend I gave Johnny (the owner) a call, explained the situation and that I was heading out of town later that day. He told me not to worry and scheduled a same day quote! After reaching out to multiple companies, I was extremely happy with my quote, the timing of the install and ability to work around my schedule to get everything installed. I told them I would love to proceed and we got it scheduled. Less than a week later I have a whole new system and it’s working great! Through the whole process Johnny and The Furnace Man team have been great. They answered all my questions, explained the process and showed me the in and outs of my new investment. The didn’t even mind me popping in to talk shop and watch how parts of the process. After all was said and done, they left my home spotless, no one would have even known they were here working. I highly recommend The Furnace Man team - Johnny, Chris and the rest of the crew are awesome to work with and would recommend them to anyone!

We needed an immediate repair on a walk-in cooler for our business and they were able to respond quickly even over the weekend. They were very professional, easy to work with, and thorough with the repair for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend. (The Centerville Carryout)

My parents 15 year old AC system failed (on the hottest week of the summer) and I called The Furnace Man along with several other local HVAC companies for quotes on a new AC system. The owner Johnny provided a quote and answered all my questions. His quote was the best value and his techs installed the system the next day which none of the other companies could do. Techs that installed the system were courteous and knowledgeable and were not annoyed by all my questions and watching them work. The new system runs great and installation looks neat and tidy. Would recommend them to others.

Very responsive and willing to work with us to fix our problems. John, the owner, is very professional and knowledgeable. We have used them twice. Once to install a new furnace, and second to fix our AC when it was not working.

Asked Furnace Man for a second opinion before dropping big big &$ with another company…So glad I did! Johnny isolated the problem in minutes and gave me a simple 10 minute DIY solution that worked…A/C is awesome now! I won’t go anywhere else in the future and neither should you!

Joanne and team from the furnace man are absolute rock stars. Working with our home warranty company wasn't easy and Joanne went to battle for us multiple times with them. Her patience and integrity was unmatched. We are so lucky to find a contactor who actually cares. Thank you Joanne.

I used this company at the request of my home warranty. They never reached out to me and when I called, the woman was very sweet and apologized for needing to wait so long for a technician to come to check my unit out. When the technician came, he never told me his name and went about his business, looking at my unit. He informed me that my unit wasn’t even running and that he would contact me when he was back in the office to schedule a repair. After one week, I heard nothing so I reached out three times over the span of four days, in hopes someone would contact me but every time, I was only able to leave my contact information. Finally, I gave up and called another company. Ironically, my home warranty called me and stated that the company was requesting coverage for unreasonable things considering what my issue was. The other company I contacted also informed me that the technician was wrong and was able to get it fixed. I emailed Furnace Man to ask for a refund of my service fee and still have heard nothing back. I do not recommend this company at all.

They diagnosed our broken fan motor and replaced it. The price was fair and reasonable based on the price of parts and labor. We had to wait a few days for the new part to be delivered, but I thought it was pretty fast anyway.

Update: Johnny the Owner contacted me today (6/4/21) via phone call to discuss the job work completed and offer suggestions to resolve the issue. The phone call was prompted by a filed complaint with the BBB and the BBB reaching out to the company directly. We (The owner and I) decided a FULL refund of 688.00 would be sufficient to close this complaint and resolve the issue. I understand things happen and issues arise and I am happy to report Johnny made the situation right and he is a stand-up business man and eventually will make things right which is truly refreshing to see in the HVAC industry. I had lost hope anything would be done to resolve the issue and it was good to see Johnny the Owner valued his reputation and wanted to make things right. Initial Situation: Back in January I was on a trip and home renovations were being completed at my home. During this time our thermostat line power was inadvertently cut and wife called me and reported there was no heat in the home and "No power to anything". I told her to contact the repair man. They came out on an "emergency only" call to repair the work. During this time they repaired the line cut in the wall and had to re-connect power to air handler unit and heat pump. I returned home several weeks later and had forgotten that was done and in February we received an 800.00 heat bill. Knowing the insulation was not "up to code" we thought this might be the issue. So we paid 4200 to add all new insulation in the home. The next month the bill was much lower. Probably due to temperatures going up and new insulation in the home and the emergency heat not having to run full blast for weeks. Finally fast forward to April when I went to test my A/c unit and inspect to make sure it was ready for 80 degree weather that was right around the corner. I went to turn on A/C and find there is no power to unit outside. I HAD BEEN RUNNING ON EMERGENCY HEAT FOR MONTHS! I called a different company out to inspect and they found th
