On Tuesday 7/4/23 I needed my heat pump repaired. I thought that since it was a holiday I would be charged a higher rate but the appointment was scheduled for that very same day. Cody Lewis and Luis Rosa came out. They were very friendly but professional. They had the heat pump fixed in about 10 minutes. They also noticed that my water heater was leaking and helped me schedule someone to come out and gave me an estimate on what it would cost. Luis took the time to show me how my water softener system worked and both he and Cody put the water softener pellets in for me. Then on 7/7/23 David Tuck came out to install the new hot water heater. He was friendly and professional. He went right to work and had it installed and working within about 30 minutes. I am very pleased with Stevensons and your staff. I will request Cody, Luis and David again when I need help. I have already recommended your company to others in my family. The cost for both visits was well below what I expected to pay. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.
Stan did a great job. On time, courteous and professional. Fixed my commode quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.
This is an edited review. Originally I wrote that I greatly disliked the idea of paying a dispatch fee. I spoke with the the service manager. He informed me about a very reasonable service subscription which he signed me up for. This eliminates the dispatch fees. I was very pleased with the service technicians. They were able to diagnose and resolve my air conditioner problem and get it working again.
Mike and Kyle came out for an inspection and were very professional, very knowledgeable. Gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision. Good guys to talk to, no complaints!
We contacted them for support and was blown away with the results! We had Mike Bresley as our technician and he raised the bar. His knowledge of operating systems is top notch, extremely professional, completely courteous and respectful customer service skills. When you Call Stevenson for your HVAC, ask for Mike Bresley, he will make sure your unit is fixed correctly, timely, and explain everything in an easily understandable manner.

Chad, Nick, and Stan came out first thing yesterday to get our tankless water heater and water softener installed. Quick and professional installation, and respectful of my home and my very anxious german shepherd. Excellent service. Also an additional mark for Chad W, Justin N., Trent, Nick, and Cal for their excellent installation of our new mini split hvac system. Again, incredibly respectful of the household, did a great cleanup afterwards, and left us with a phenomenal new heating and air system. 06/30/2023 Stan came out today to remove an old water heater. He made sure all water services were back up and running before leaving. He even took the extra time to to bring me salt for my water softener, and to double check an old water pipeline in my yard. Phenomenal service.
My wife and I needed new HVAC lines run through our condo and we found Stevenson through a recommendation on Google. Chris, a member of the sales team, was great in getting all of our questions answered and our service scheduled. Lucas, and his partner, ran two new lines quickly. Lucas, hand fabricated a vent set up to be as minimally invasive as possible. They also capped the old lines we no longer needed. Highly recommended.
AC wasn't cooling, with some quick work the house was cool again. We had a leak and a trip or two later that was repaired. I was kept updated on progress the entire time. Mike Bresley did a great job as our technician.
Had to call Stevenson Service Experts to see why my AC was not cooling, i got lucky when they sent Mike Bresley, he really knew what he was doing, he figured out what the problem was within a few minutes. it was not good news with my 22 year old system. Mike done a great job explaining what was going on.
Scott Carter and Paul Lukas were professional and knowledgeable. They provided sound repairs and information on a new AC unit with a quick turn around scheduled install
The plumber could not clear the jam in my toilet caused by a flushed toy. He told me I might want to *eventually* think about a new toilet... as he flushed my current one and it was still clogged. I asked if the toilet was even usable and he said no. So I should buy a new toilet now, right? Not "eventually." He proceeded to quote me $800 to put down a new toilet. I was told the prices are set by the distributor, which is a meaningless argument, as Stevenson controls which distributors they use and what their own burdened cost is to the consumer. Plus, I've had another toilet in my house replaced and it took less than an hour. I am sure whatever toilet they were going to install would be mediocre builder-grade, maybe $200 at most if bought at Lowes. So they essentially are asking $600 for labor for what is at most 1-2 hours of work. My understanding is Stevenson's people are commission-based, which is an utterly terrible idea for a service company, at least on the consumer's end. I had them out to inspect and clean my HVAC and I was told an otherwise fully functioning cooling system was going to die very soon and it would be impossible to fix because the parts aren't made anymore. When I was pitched a new HVAC lease (that included a water softener), the rep looked at my softener and said it was shot. That was at least 3 or 4 months ago and the softener is fine. What was particularly suspicious about that visit was Stevenson didn't just send a tech to clean and inspect the HVAC - they also sent a second guy in another vehicle whose job appeared to be 1) agree with everything the tech claimed, and 2) sell me a new HVAC lease. That was basically it for his usefulness on that call. While I call Stevenson because they are large and responsive, I'm having a difficult time trusting them or not laughing hysterically at their prices.
I had a great experience with Stevenson Service Experts today. Our AC unit stopped working yesterday, I called this morning and they were able to fix it same day. Great service and friendly staff as well. Thanks Ryan and Chris!
These two men worked very quickly to install our new HVAC system. They were truly professional ans and would still take the time to answer any questions! Great job Dan and Shane! Quick, clean and very friendly!
Great service from Cody Jones. Very thorough service visits and he provided some suggestions in a professional manner with no pressure. Explained what he saw and made recommendations. I work from home and continued to work with no disruptions until he was finished with his work.
Stan F. was awesome to work with. He explained everything he was doing, got everything fixed up and plugged up and we are back in business with good flowing pipes. We’ve been on the annual service plan with Stevenson for several years, and we continue to be impressed with their honesty, fair pricing, and customer service. The technicians have gone above and beyond to address our questions and concerns, especially Nick who just left our home today. Recommended!
