Kevin was extremely helpful when doing our maintenance with our unit. He took the time to explain everything throughly as well as made suggestions to keep the life of our unit longer. Highly recommend.

I was able to schedule a technician to come by for HVAC maintenance two days after I called. The technician (Eli Moore) arrived on time and got straight to work. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything he checked as part of the service call. At the end of the call, he offered the company’s XPlan (providing semiannual maintenance checks) to help remind me to schedule a winter maintenance check and save me a little money. It was a no brainer to sign up for the plan. Very pleased with the service.
I’ve had several tune-ups over the years and never had anyone as thorough as Eli. I called to give him praises after, and I was told by the receptionist that all technicians with their company get a full 2 hours for inspection and tune-up so they never feel rushed and can be as thorough as needed. I will definitely be using them again! Reasonably priced as well!
Paul was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem. He repaired and thoroughly cleaned the A/C unit. We signed up for the maintenance program and will be using them again
I've used Extreme for many years. I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need. Kevin was great to explain everything that he was doing to our furnace.
Paul came out on a Friday for tune up and noticed a lot of things wrong (previously “fixed” by another company). He was able to explain the issues with pictures and give recommendations on ways to improve our AC before we get to the heat of summer. I was able to schedule for him to come out the next Monday. He fixed everything even with it raining out! Would recommend Extreme to anyone looking for great service!
Both Tristan and Logan did an awesome job. Especially since I paid company 2 yrs ago to do the job and it was not done correctly. So thank you for doing the job of another company.

They did a fantastic job installing our new heat pump and blower/backup heat. They were also the cheapest quote I could find, and the unit was more efficient than what the competition was offering. Arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves!

The technican did the extra troubleshooting to find the root cause, even though the system reset itself. This prevented it happening again and an additional service call. Thanks!!

I just got a brand new heat pump system and air handler for my home. The person who installed it, Joseph, did a top-notch job. His team worked late to make sure everything was done right. They were super nice, neat, and professional the whole time. Despite a really long day, they didn't leave until they'd shown me how everything works and answered all my questions. I put a lot of money into this, and I'm happy to say it was worth every penny. The whole process, from the start to the finish, was just great. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new system installed.
Abraham was very professional, very courteous, extremely knowledgeable… And a pleasure to walk him into our home. He discovered the issue very quickly and assessed how we could improve the quality of our air. I am very happy with his level of service.
I called Extreme Heating and Air on a very hot Friday night, my AC had stopped working. I spoke to their office manager and within an hour Kevin their service tech was onsite. Kevin worked for several hours diagnosing a complex problem. He came back the next morning with parts he needed fix the issue and we were back up and running. Highly recommend this company!
Tristan called ahead to see if he could come early. He was professional and polite. He always explains what he is doing. Great customer service.
