Alberto Hernandez came out today to help with our AC issue. He was very professional and explained everything to us. Was even kind enough to talk to me on the phone, as I had to work and my adult son was there to meet him. If he is an example of the quality of service with yellow dot, I am impressed.
Brian was informative and considerate. He was willing to answer any questions I had. Would recommend Yellow Dot!

The company quickly scheduled an estimate for an EV charger installation. The same person installed the system as performed the estimate and they did the work exactly as planned. They were very professional, timely, and the quality of the work was top notch.

My AC went this week and I am so thankful to Yellow Dot. They were very responsive and worked to get my AC back and running. Jose was outstanding. He explained what he was doing; kept me informed and made sure the job was done with care and excellence. Highly recommend Yellow Dot.
Adam is very service oriented and considerate of not leaving any tracks inside the house or backyard. He changed the Capacitor very professionally.
Jose Magana and his associate did a great job. Installation of new AC unit and ductwork, and removal of old system was efficient and professional. They were courteous and thorough in making sure everything functioned properly and all questions answered prior to leaving.
William was fantastic! Stayed late on a Friday (of a holiday weekend!) to make sure our AC was fixed before another NC heatwave. He was helpful, kind, and explained everything to us in detail. Thank you William!
Omar was very friendly and spent time to explain everything out to us. I greatly appreciated that! Edit to this review on 6/30. Omar is still amazing and should get the credit he deserves. I am writing because I can't figure out how to do a contact us on the website But we asked and paid for a leak detection and we were told a leak could not be found, then a sales person came to sell us a new AC unit. We got another opinion and we have pictures of where the leak was. Either the yellow dot didn't do their due diligence in trying to find the leak or they saw the leak and didn't tell us and tried to sell us a new unit anyway. I am writing this review to request a refund before I go to the Better Business Bureau of the fraudulent, misguided tricks you all are doing. I want to be clear I have no issues with purchasing a new AC unit, with knowledge of where the leak was and nothing could be done about it to fix it. I feel like as though Yellow Dots practices are to not even try hard enough to find the issue before determining spending 10K on a new AC Unit. Also after declining purchasing a new unit to give it some more though the sales person said it's all good, I get paid even if you don't buy a unit, and I get to go home to my house that's at 73 degrees.

Omar came to the door and was very professional. I could tell he was a little tired but he knew exactly what he was doing. Understood completely that it was a short and completed the job in a timely manner. In fact, if you were asking for a technician from this company to come to your home, I would recommend him as your technician.
DAVID RAY AND ANOTHER GUY INSTALLED MY NEW WATER HEATER. THEY DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE INSTALLATION. HE ADVISED IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT A HR TO GET HOT WATER. THAT WILL BE THE REAL TEST. THANKS GUYS
Troy Williams was the electrician who did the work at my home. He was outstanding. Troy isn't just a personable guy; he knows his stuff and relatively quickly diagnosed and solved a problem that's been an issue for a couple of years. Buy Troy lunch.
