Riley and team was very responsive. My AC unit died right at the beginning of Summer and they were able to get me up and going quickly and at a great price. They were super responsive, super courteous and thorough. I definitely recommend them

Riley is knowledgeable, thorough and capable. I appreciate the attention that he and Thermostat Masters provided to our commercial space. When we leased our space, we inherited a very old set of HVAC units. Riley got them in good shape and helped us to know what to watch for with them as we move forward. He took the time to document and explain everything. We are very glad to be working with Thermostat Masters to manage our PM and HVAC services.

What a fantastic crew. I reached out to three different companies for full HVAC (AC-Heat and duct) replacement in our 1961 ranch house and was nothing but impressed with Thermostat Masters. The initial call was punctually answered with a friendly gal named Jennifer. Juan was a tech the next day and was nothing short of spectacular. We went over the scope of work, needs, wants and options. I later that day received the quote for work to be done. My wife and I went forward with them because we liked the company reviews and we both believe in hiring local companies... Not a franchise fan. So the work "grueling to be honest, our crawl space is a TRUE crawl space) began a few days later and let me say.... Amazing CREW.
