Very happy so far with my experience with Jay's Heating & Cooling. The technician/ Estimator they sent out, Steven was fantastic. I own a construction company and his level of knowledge, and straightforwardness is exactly what i hope for in my own employees. I received another quote from one of the big guys in town and Jay's was so much more direct, and spared all the unneeded items they had priced out. I am on the schedule next week for my 2 HVAC units to be replaced, if anything changes I will update my review, but they have been perfect so far. I would say this to anybody, if you call one of the bigger HVAC companies first, make sure you give Jay's a call before you make your final decision... You won't regret it. Steven again is fantastic.... be very proud with your hire.
10/10! Words cannot describe how great of an experience I had with Jay's Heating & Cooling. I have never seen such a commitment to the customer with any business I've dealt with before. This company went above and beyond to deliver exemplary service and take care of me in ways other companies wouldn't even consider. After this experience, they have earned a lifelong customer and good word of mouth with anyone I come across in the HVAC market. I’m a new homeowner who spent a significant amount of time trying to research and choose the right company for the job at hand. After researching reviews, quality, cost, and more, Jay's seemed to be the clear winner. We went from basic maintenance to repairing my old heat pump to finally installing a completely new HVAC system. At this point, I've spent a lot of time working with many different members of this team. The office is extremely well-managed and easy to work with. The team is very well-rounded, strong, and capable. And most importantly, the owner is beyond reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy—a great guy I would certainly work with again. Special shout out to one of the techs, Anthony. Anthony showed up for an emergency call and was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He made sure I felt that all my concerns were heard and that I was 110% happy before he walked out of that door. Another special shout out goes to one of the installers, Paul. He showed up as part of a team to replace my entire HVAC system. Not only was he a hard worker, but he was also very kind & respectful. He checked in with my wife and me multiple times throughout the day, and before leaving, made sure to take the time to test the new system and address every one of our many questions and concerns.
My wife and I had Jay's Heating and Cooling replace our upstairs heat and AC. Our son has also used this company to troubleshoot and repair an electrical short at his house. We have been very pleased with the responsiveness and expertise of the team!
Our first experience with Jay's was extremely positive. Price was great, all communication quick and efficient. William and Lamar did an excellent job with the installation and took time to answer my questions. Highly recommended!
I needed someone to come out and take a look at my HVAC and Taylor Casper was there promptly and professionally! He was able to handle my issue quickly and was very polite and informative! A/C went out, called Jays, the tech came out the next day, diagnosed and fixed the problem (dual capacity had gone out) in about an hour for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future.
Can’t give enough praise for this business! The attention to detail Mr. Taylor Casper put into our repair was excellent. Great communication from start to finish, and up front about pricing! Once again, excellent service! I would recommend to all of my other colleagues and friends!
After paying monthy fees with a different Expert air company, I was fed up with "something wrong" with my HVAC everytime they came out for simple maintience. So when my downstairs AC starting blowing warm air, I called Jay's to set up an appointment. Taylor came out, quickly identified the issue and quoted me a price that was fair. He also noticed that the unit was louder than it should have been and tightened up some loose bolts. This is the first time in a long time that I didn't feel taken advantage of when getting my system maintained or repaired. I will 100% use them in the future.
Had our HVAC system worked on. The technician that came out, Shawn, was very polite and had us running cool in no time. Great customer service and great work!!
Taylor Casper has serviced my AC units a couple times and he is always on time, very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. He always goes above and beyond the level of service you would expect.
Any time I need HVAC services I call this business because I have had such good experiences with Taylor. He provides thorough communication while delivering excellent service. The pricing has always been fair and I really appreciate the time he takes to make sure my system is squared away and well maintained. Can’t recommend him enough!

Shawn came out and replaced my unit and he was quick, on time and answered all the questions I asked and explained everything to me on how to use the new thermostat. Couldn’t ask for a better trustworthy company will definitely be using them in the future.
