They will sell to Non-contractors! The capacitor died on my outside HVAC Condensing Unit. I called and was told they had a bunch in stock! Saved me from waiting 3-5 days if I had to order online. THANKS!
I always love United refrigeration. They have great products and carry refrigeration technologies which is my favorite.
Excellent help and service
I needed a refrigeration recovery tank that had a vacuum on it, and went here for assistance. The people at the counter are very helpful, friendly. But, what they had did not fit my needs, and the pricing seemed fairly rich. But, they were so darn helpful that I'll go back to them in the future for other items.
Counter guys were great
I have tried to use them several times since their transition. I don't recommend them for any commercial supplies what so ever. From being out of recovery tanks, nitrogen, and even little things.. Just ordered 15 belts and was told they would be here in two days.. Called to check after day 3 and was informed they won't be here for another 5 days.. Not good.
Superb customer service! Guys were more than helpful. Had the stuff I needed, and I'm back in the cool of things.
Very pleased with this company. Great inventory and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Many of the HVAC supply stores won't sell to non-contractors, but United Refrigeration welcomed me, a regular DIY homeowner in need of a part, with open arms. They had the part I needed to get my broken down AC unit working again for $10.38! Thanks guys!
Always have the parts they say they have and have a ton of stock. Highly recommend.
