I've been lucky to have positive experience with most HVAC companies I've used, but this company has been amazing to work with. They first worked on my house via a shady General Contractor. Once the GC abandoned by project, I began working directly with ultimate comfort. They were super helpful and easy to work with. I was blown away with how accommodating they were on some custom venting needs. Since then, I've been using them for HVAC repair, and I continue to be impressed with how they regularly provide me same day service, reasonable rates, and incredibly courteous service.

Shout out to Marjorie for helping me fight for my warranty with the nasty parts guys who don't want to honor a valid warranty. I will definitely call this company for help as they are on the customer's side!!!
