Our repair call with Thermo Direct was great! They were able to get out here quickly and had our unit up and running in no time! Our technician, Brian K, was awesome! In full transparency, I wasn't extremely thrilled with the pricing, but management contacted me right away to get things straightened out. All in all, I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again!

This company never seizes to amaze me in their professionalism exhibited by its employees. In this case, Donnie Lopez came on time and conducted himself very professional in discharging his duties. Very few companies I know of today have a Quality Control individual to confirm a proper installation and testing my Air Pump to confirm it's operating at its optimum performance. I'm very happy with all the personnel I've worked with company and the product they installed in my home.

Donnie Lopez is very knowledgeable, honest, and polite. He is a excellent person to work with and made my HVAC experience better. I highly recommend him. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.
I had an initial call with Thermo Direct and told them that I would be in touch if I decided to hire them. I ended up going with another company. Thermo Direct continued spamming me with calls and text messages everyday. I even asked them to stop contacting me, and they still continue to call and text me everyday. Today, two weeks after the initial call, I blocked their number so that I would stop getting calls and texts from them. I have several other electrical projects that I will need to hire an electrical company for. I will not even consider contacting Thermo Direct for any future projects.

Thermo Direct installed a new HVAC system and encapsulated my crawl space almost two years ago. Now they are providing routine maintenance and, while their monthly fee and service fees are on the high side they seem to know what they are doing. The system works well and they cleaned it up for me. A different one of their technicians installed a bathroom vanity light, which left a fair amount of dust, but the light works beautifully! Had to have the air conditioning repaired when it went out. They fixed it, but couldn’t find the cause of the problem.
It didn't have my problem on the list but my problem was plumbing , but I was blown away by this young man and his knowledge of the business. He was outstanding as far as discussing with me his recommendation of plumbing for my home
Quinten did an outstanding job, Not only did he take time to help me understand where the condensation was coming from but also explained why it was happening. That time he spent investigating the installation allowed me to determine why my last two A/C units have failed. I have been impressed with the professionalism of all the tech's involved in my replacement. Installation tech's, stayed with their job until they figured out the problem with the new unit. They sent Tom into double check their findings and they had another gentleman come in with a new board to replace the failed one and had me going that evening. Now that's what I call Service! I've been in the Automotive and Commercial Truck Industry for over 30 years and that's way we make it Right the First Time! I have already recommended you 2 two of my fellow tech's at my job. My wife is happy and I'm happy as well with the Great Service! I can't thank you enough!

From the quote, the inspection and sales to the installation - they were great! I can be a picky client with a lot of questions, and they made me feel comfortable and I received a bang for every buck!
I absolutely love this company! They have been very responsive. I just had major work done includong duct work and adding a new Daikin system. Thomas and team were professional, courteous and thorough. They worked throughout the day for two days. We were very pleased with the quality of the work.
