I was extremely disappointed with the service at the Raleigh location. The guy behind the desk didn't even bother to get up and walk to the counter he just yelled across the room. Nobody seemed to know where anything was or how to rent a piece of equipment. It took up entirely too much of an extremely busy day for me. Will not rent from here again.
