Streamline was quick to respond. John called Monday morning at 7:30 AM to let me know he’d be here at 8 AM. He was respectful, professional, and quick. John showed me pictures that he had taken of my AC unit and explained what was wrong, and what needed to be replaced. When he was finished, he stayed around to make sure it was working and cooling off the house, using a pool at the register to check the air temperature. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that not only did work on AC and heating units, they also do plumbing and electric. And they had a very reasonable and maintenance plan. I signed up that day, and the discounts applied immediately. I will be reaching out to them in the near for plumbing, work and electrical work. I sure hope John can come and do the job.
Jacob was very professional, knowledgeable, and fixed the electricty issue with great attention to detail. I plan to continue to use Streamline and have set up a date for ceiling fan installation. Highly recommend
All the 5 star reviews had me hopeful, but they must have had a much different experience. I called Streamline to report my heat intermittently working on and off at the end of winter. They scheduled me in quickly of which I was appreciative. The technician arrived and did the diagnostic to figure out the issue. His report was the flame sensor and blowers needed to cleaned for ~$750. I assumed this must be time consuming and difficult to clean for that price. He proceeded to work for roughly 10 minutes and told me he was done. I was shocked. 10 minutes of work for $750 worth of work seemed odd. I researched and found the services he performed are typically covered under routine maintenance. I questioned the technician on whether or not that was the case and he said it was. When I pressed further into why I was being charged $750 for something that was included under a $89 maintenance service he changed his answer and told me it wasn’t included. He then changed his answer again and said I needed to be on a service plan for it be included. After more back and forth he told me there was nothing I could do except pay the amount and take it up with the company. I shouldn’t have paid but I did. He then came back to tell me the cleaning isn’t included in maintenance regardless of being a member. I called Streamline and spoke to the service manager. He told me those services were included in a normal maintenance regardless of being a member. When questioned on why I was charged $750 for something included in an $89 maintenance charge, his only response was that I was prioritized over other people (although I’m glad I was prioritized I never asked to be especially without knowing that it would cost me 10x more for work to be performed). He never denied that the work I had done was included in the normal maintenance and never admitted that should have been a solution. So instead of the technician telling me I just needed routine maintenance he only provide
So this was a trip. Streamlined came out spent a solid hour evaluating my system and attempts to fix it. They identified two problems, one with the pressure tank and one with the well pump. Terrible news, but Brandon walked me through the options. I picked the one that made the most sense and holymoly same day service. Moreover, the first pump they dropped was a dud. These beasts pulled it back up, went to the warehouse got another and came back to fix it. They didn't get to leave until 1015, but they were still explaining the changes and even made a cosmetic change I requested. They seek 5 star outcomes at reasonable prices. Will use again.
Streamline services is one the best in Raleigh area for heating and cooling services. They are quick to response and provide quality services. I have been using them for 2 years now and been satisfied ever since .
We had 5 bathroom faucets, 10 bathroom vanity angle stops and 3 toilet angle stops replaced by Sophie and Mike. They encountered some expected & some unexpected issues in the old plumbing in our "House that Jack built," and they kept on coming up with clever solutions (at no extra charge) until all of the problems were resolved. And... despite being here for more than 9 hours each... they remained professional and genuinely friendly. (If it were me... I think I might have started getting tired and grumpy of problem after problem with the old plumbing). TBH - Streamline's estimate was more than 15% higher than the two other plumbing groups we had quote for the job, but when Sophie looked at our previous plumbing and worked up her estimate, she noticed issues the others didn't catch so we figured it might be worth paying a bit more for quality service... and I'm glad we did. Both Sophie & Mike represented Streamline extremely well. Streamline is now our new go-to for plumbing and HVAC.
Needed an outlet for EV Charger. Ron have me a fair estimate and scheduled me for 10 days out. Showed up on time and got things done with little bother. Ron was ready to talk with and a taught me a few things about electrical work. Or the outlet right where I needed it, five feet from my car's charge port.
Highly professional, polite and customer-service trained tech arrived on time. He diagnosed my HVAC issue, offered options to fix it both short and long term and was concerned with my convenience. Excellent experience overall. 7/20/2022 Today I had a Streamline Electrician, Jacob, out to do several things for me, from inspecting our system to changing fixtures and a ceiling fan. Jacob was on time, so helpful, polite and professional. I am 100% delighted with my service. 9/22 Shout out to Matt, who came out promptly (and with good cheer) on a Sunday night to address a problem that could not wait. He was knowledgeable, and explained in plain language what was happening and how he fixed it. Matt is very devoted to Streamline and their reputation. We’ve really been impressed with their techs. Update 6/23 Continued excellence in their work and best-level customer service. Only very experienced techs work for this company; I have used their plumbing, electrical and HVAC teams. This week, our very old gas furnace finally needed replacing. Streamline took such good care of us from choosing a unit and a new Wifi thermostat to cleaning up post-installation. They always text and call with arrival updates, value our time by being on time, work until it is fully finished and functional and have reliable follow up. 5 stars
Technician reviewed my problem, fixed it, asked if he could check remaining HVAC system in case there's any clues as to why the fault happened as a courtesy check. He stuck around for at least 10 minutes after it was fixed to ensure system was still running before running paperwork and leaving. Professional, courteous, exact.
Tom was absolutely amazing! He came the same day to repair my toilet. He was very informative and reliable. Gave me several options for repair. Highly recommend if you need someone right away!
Henry A gave us Positive experience- he was able to get me all the information I needed to move forward with cooling down this hot house! Appreciate his dedication to excellence! He explained everything very clearly and for a person that knows nothing about anything HVAC
we found a leak under the crawlspace, Sophie was able found the leaking spot and fixed it quickly without cutting too much of drywall boards, we were very happy with the results appreciated her work and professionalism.
We had a clogged sewer line with water backing up out of the toilets and bathtub. While it took a long time to have them come out, when they got here they resolved the problem and stayed to make sure that if was fully resolved.
Tristan was great! Answered questions and fixed the problem. He was also very friendly and focused on customer care. Will definitely call Streamline Services again in the future!
Our AC had been out for multiple days, and after trying all known easy fixes, I started looking for an HVAC repair service. less than 24 hours later, I can feel the cool air blowing as I type. Josh was super nice and very knowledgeable. He had the AC fixed in an hour and had no problems answering our questions. Loved that I could schedule my appointment on their website, not wait on hold. I can’t stress enough how nice it is that they provide updates about when they’re coming, allowing me to go about my day as usual.
Ron Jaimes was on time. Very professional about what we need done. He explain all options that we could take and gave us our best option. Well done in my book.
