Daniel M. helped get our AC back up and cooling in just a few short minutes. Put in the request around 8am and he was there by noon! Would highly recommend!
My tech. Mustapha K. was great very detailed on what services were required for the service call today . Will another team -member also assisted today with the service call . They were able to help bring my AC unit back on line .
Service experts sent a salesman out with the service call where they spent hours trying to sell us a $10,000 system instead of the minor repairs we required. I was charged over $500 for them to come charge our Freon, instead they blew a valve in our system and leaked all of it back out. Following this we had to then call another company to repair correctly.
My first interaction was with Terry who was very friendly and professional. Mustapha came to service our air conditioning/thermostat on a 90+ day! The service he provided was outstanding! He found the issue (in the crawl space) and had to install two different thermostats due to one not being compatible with our unit! He was professional and explained everything to us! I highly recommend this company! Thank you both for going far beyond what I was expecting!
Daniel M was really responsive and quick to make the appointment scheduled. He was very thorough and able to break down his thoughts and findings for us in a way we could understand. We originally thought the issue was fixed and when it popped back up again he was incredibly helpful in troubleshooting and even getting back over to make sure he did in fact find the problem. He went above and beyond for us getting our AC back up and running and really appreciate how communicative he was along the way.
Daniel mcelveen did an excellent job servicing and also shared some advice around improved insulation which I appreciate his guidance.

Peter and Jordan worked well with my husband and I to get new systems put in. Great help and good people to work with Ricky Williams came and found out the problem with our system. The board was ordered to correct the problems. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the hvac system. He let us know the next steps and what to expect. Great worker Daniel came out when our system failed. It was a very small problem and was corrected quickly. He was polite and helped us get our air back on. I would recommend him to do the job
I had Service Experts come out to do an estimation for a whole house water filtration system. The plumber that they sent did not understand what the system was and thought it was a water softener system. He then proceeded to do a water quality test, speak with his supervisor, and tell me that based on the test that they could not install the system. No explanation given and water quality results were normal. Basically poor, unprofessional service with an estimator who had no idea what he was doing. Avoid this company.
I was given a 4 hour window to expect a technician to call. Those 4 hours came and went without a phone call, text message or technician coming out to my house. It wasn’t until after those 4 hours expired that someone called and said it would be at least another 2 to 3 hours before anyone would be available. That shows a lack of communication within the company and a lack of respect toward their customers. Very dissatisfied.
Zack and Joe were extremely helpful and professional. I appreciate them taking the time to explain what was going on and their knowledge. Will definitely ask for them when I need them.

Daniel Brown came to assess our air flow and spent over an hour making sure we had the best air flow. He also adjusted and tweaked our settings to make it perfect! He was great, listened to my concerns and spent his time to get it right!
I was so happy with my experience with Service Experts! My hot water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. John Cade, Ryan Nilsen, & Matt Toups came to the rescue! These gentlemen were so kind, courteous and professional. They took their time and worked with such integrity! I felt like they genuinely cared about customer service and my property! I would highly recommend Service Experts for your Heating, AC and plumbing needs! First class team!
