I can't say enough good things about Scott Comfort Systems! My service tech, Matt, was communicative, friendly, and efficient when he came to provide maintenance on my HVAC unit. Matt was very thorough, listened to all of my concerns about what was going on with my HVAC and ductwork. Matt was very straightforward with repair options and pricing all of which were incredibly reasonable and affordable. I appreciated his transparency and honesty about the longevity of my system without pressuring me to replace everything immediately. I highly recommend Scott Comfort Systems to take care of your HVAC system needs.
The AC repair person, Matt who came was very professional. He explained the problem with the AC unit in a clear and concise way, and he gave several options for how to fix it. I am very happy with the service that I received from Matt. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs AC repair services.

Every single interaction with Scott Comfort Systems has been a good one. Not only do they do good work at a reasonable price, they also take the time to walk you through the process and let you ask questions. At no point do you feel like you’re being sold anything, which isn’t the case with some larger companies. I would refer them to anyone in need of HVAC assistance.

May 11, 2023 I had my spring cleaning and check up on my AC/heating unit. I’ve been using Scott comfort systems for many years and wouldn’t consider any other. Jason the owner is a great guy and very trustworthy. Today Matt one of his service technicians came out, and he was very professional, on time, polite, and did a fantastic job! Love these guys!

I requested a quote to replace one HVAC unit and replace ducts for the other unit. Jason Scott was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. It was a difficult choice between Scott Comfort and another company, which came down to the other company having availability to fit my work schedule. I would definitely consider Jason again for future service.

We started using Scott about 1 year ago and had nothing but excellent service and customer service. Today, Matt performed normally scheduled maintenance and went above and beyond to find a spurious relay trip in our A/C unit. Could not ask for better service.
Ray, Dillon, and Greg were very professional and pleasant to work with during the installation of the HVAC system and duct work. Each day when they finished, the work area was left clean. They were there at the time they said they would be and kept us updated on the progress and plans for the next day. Ray thoroughly explained the use of the smart thermostat!!! Jason, the owner, was amazing!! He answered all our questions during the entire process (even while he was on vacation!). We had a question about one of our vents and he came out that day to check it out and took care of it immediately . He’s a man of his word. We use them also for the maintenance program. Scott’s Comfort Systems is a company of great character and integrity. We will use them again when changing out the system for the she shed!!!!
Jason, and his team, did a great job! They were prompt, professional and completed the job on schedule. They went above expectations and we would highly recommend them for both residential and commercial HVAC needs.

I have used the same company since I moved here five years ago. That has now changed after today. Responsive is an understatement. My issue was handled in hours. I'd give six stars if I could.
