Tyler installed a surge suppressor in my AC compressor after the capacitor blew twice in one year. (I had bought the unit from another company.) He explained that if it happens again SantaAir could install a better quality capacitor. He was very informative as well as being nice.
SantaAir was responsive, easy to schedule, and came prepared, with Tyler able to diagnose, address, explain, and repair everything in a single visit. We greatly appreciate your work!
I can’t imagine using any other heating & cooling service. We moved here in 2019 and contacted SantaAir to inspect and service the HVAC system. The technician called to let us know he was on the way and arrived right on time. He was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about everything HVAC. I call SantaAir twice a year - heating & cooling season - and it’s always the same: friendly, very responsive & reliable, and excellent service.

John and Tyler at Santa Air do a great job. They respond quickly, are very knowledgeable, keep lots of parts on the vans and are so friendly and pleasant. They are also very reasonable with prices and email receipts and warranty statements promptly. They have done service work, routine maintenance and replacement for me for many years now. They keep my two AC and heating units in top notch condition! Give them a try!
I have been using Santa Air for a few years now and John and Tyler have been so great to work with. So friendly, honest and always working with me to find the best possible solution. I have purchased their maintenance packages and it’s been helpful to know they will come out and keep my system on track and running! They even noticed an issue with my water heater when working on my HVAC and notified me, saving me a lot of money and disaster to my home by making me aware of it. Thanks guys!

As always Santa Air did a great job. They were sure to point out any issues they found and give me both options and recommendations. They are always good about providing all the facts and giving the customer the decision of how to proceed.

Santa Air is the only HVAC company I will ever use. John and his crew are caring professionals. We needed to have a new HVAC unit installed and Jose the technician was prompt and he explained the new system and answered all our questions. They even provided us with multiple space heaters to use while we waited for our new system to arrive.
With my experience as a Naval veteran and chiefly responsible for a huge manufacturing plant’s maintenance department, I did check the error code and replaced the pressure switch. I did this because the early technician available was 4 days later. The system was working with the replace of the PS and still wished to have a qualified tech to have a proper diagnostic check. All it took was less than 5 minutes for the tech and the verdict was everything is good but you have a 16 year old system.This was not free and $99.99 plus tax was charged. My system didn’t work at all and I had to call Santa air office 2 days later and the person whom I spoke said well , we have technician available but will cost you more? What is the kind of evaluation Santa air expects, 5 Stars??? I still didn’t give out my opinion publicly. since they responded I must let the public to the reality. I have fixed the issue and I doubt any of the techs would have figured out the real issue by visual checks!
We love Santa Air so much! Always very responsive whenever we call. Called about a thermostat issue and they came on the same day. The thermostat panel needed to be replaced and they had the part already available in their service van. No waiting for ordering parts! The owner, John, is always super friendly and takes the time to get to know his customers. We are moving an hour away and wish that we could keep using him. He sets the golden standard for all family-run businesses.
The technician, Tyler, was great! So helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to understand what was wrong with our system - and how to fix it. Definitely recommend this company for your HVAC needs, the reviews were all true.
Very professional and on time. They explain everything before moving forward and offer multiple options for repairs to best fit your budget. I've had them out to do work a few times and the service has been excellent every time!
Our SantaAir experience was fantastic. I used their easy "request service" tool on their website to submit our information and schedule an appointment in a day. Tyler called a few minutes before. He'd read thru our issue. He did an assessment of our AC issue and gave me a set of options and made a couple recommendations to think about. Less than an hour later he had us all fixed up. He was very professional and gave me a number of great tips and best practices to extend the life of our system. Great business and customer service - highly recommended.
The gentleman that came out and serviced the HVAC on the rental we are staying in was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He answered all questions and did a wonderful job repairing the system and competing a few extras as time permitted that I understand was his extra pro touch.
