I was extremely appreciative and please with the service I received. That's the first time customer. I booked the appointment on the 4th of July. Up there is a technician at my house on July 6th and Antonio showed me what was wrong. Fixed it and was very transparent in the process highly recommend the service and we intend to sign up for their annual maintenance to prevent running into issues like this again.
At first I was very disappointed with Reliable, as the installed the hvac system in our new home three years ago, and we were already having problems with it. The north side ac unit had quit, so we called Reliable to fix. Reliable sent out a technician that day (Good!), but when he arrived, he “persuaded “ us to allow home to check out the entire system, and enroll in their maintenance plan. He started with the south side unit (which was working fine), and discovered its evaporator coil leaking, said it needed replaced (only three years old!). Also he said he saw signs of mildew/mold growing in the plenum, so advised we needed to have a UV light installed in it to combat this ($1000). He moved to the north side unit, said the problem was a failed capacitor and replaced it and got the system running. Again, only three years old. Scheduled a repair visit to have the faulty evaporator coil replaced, Reliable had to reschedule the visit twice, finally occurred Friday 6/30/23, evaporator coil replacement and two UL light plenum units installed, The technicians were pleasant, timely, courteous, and tidy, so we were pleased with that. But with a $5000+ bill on a three year old system, this we are definitely not happy about, and would like to further discuss the situation with Reliable.
Twice now I’ve called upon Reliable and they were fast, responsive, helpful and incredibly professional. Mario was excellent. Happy, helpful and fast. They installed a new furnace in just a few hours and left everything spotless. Calling into customer service was easy and they were great to work with. The whole team is a well-oiled machine. I’d recommend them to anyone

We just had Jose out this morning from Reliable Heating and Air and he was just awesome. Arrived on time and was super professional - he explained everything in detail and provided us with an estimate on the spot. Cant's wait for them to start working on our hood vent. Chris Woods was our technician& he did a wonderful job with troubleshooting & trying to fix the loud noise issue with our Lennox a/c unit. After two trips to our house he determined that the unit needed to be replaced, & he worked with his boss & with our builder to resolve the issue. We would definitely request him for any further issues that might occur.

The technician Chris showed up on time and was highly respectful of our home. Additionally, he was knowledgeable and engaging. He answered all of the questions that I had. I will definitely be using Reliable again.

Reliable, is just that, reliable. Their tech consistently arrives to my home for service on-time. This is my second HVAC check with the company. Jose, my technician, was very setailed when explaining his findings and showed me the photos of the issues also. Jose gave me a timeline to address the concerns and he explained the impact of not addressing the issues within the reasonable time frame. I appreciated the company sending the same tech, Jose. It was nice to see the same person who had come out for the last service check. Thanks reliable for your continued great service. I wish you had a military customer discount.
