Top notch service from the team at Newcomb and Company!
Very courteous and thorough! Had these guys come out recently to look at my HVAC, and found out that the fuse had blown. Tech was super thorough and explained everything well.
Linwood came out afterhours to check my plumbing after an extremely high water bill. He was a delight to have in my home and did a great job. My dog was super sad to see him go.
Newcomb takes excellent care of its customers and does excellent work. Professional and friendly team.
Again Newcomb arrived for our seasonal HVAC checkup. This year I followed him around trying to be helpful and observe. I was surprised how thorough he was checking controls, motor start capacitors, coolant levels, just a general thorough checkup. I feel comfortable that my home is ready for the summer.
My family has been using Newcomb for all H fat concerns for many decades decades. I like them so much I even used to take care of take care of the owners used to living in the area I'm in the yard
I don’t often post reviews but the level of service and commitment Newcomb and Company demonstrated in repairing our a/c system and standing behind their work is to be commended in these times where service and integrity seems to be in such short supply. I cannot give a higher recommendation for an HVAC contractor than this. They earn their business and they have a customer forever in me.

I had been a fan of this company until I needed emergency a/c service. Paid good money for a service contract annually since 2008. Last night I noticed a/c not cooling. Called emergency line & lady asked “so you want someone to come out tonight?” Next call from technician who was very nice. I opted for him not to drive 45 min & would wait until morning, since I had 2 fans. He said “someone will call you between 7:30a-8a to tell you when technician coming. You pick a time you need them there.” In morning I called to check since I hadn’t heard from anyone. Yep, not one note about my problem and response was “someone will come sometime today.” (Since they were “adding me just then to their already busy schedule.)” Another reason I’m very disappointed is I had annual service on unit 2 weeks ago & tech commented then that “ line was not sweating” and didn’t do anything about it at the time. “we’ll just watch it.” Really saddened to have to write this review. And so disappointed this company has such a poor communication problem. I will add more info when this is rectified, hopefully today. UPDATE: spoke to Supervisor & tech was at my house in a very timely manner. Did good job of fixing a/c. Appreciate they adjusted their schedule.
We needed to have a dryer vent moved. Dillon and Michael were dispatched. These two young men were super. They were efficient, neat, courteous, and completed this difficult job quickly. They made sure all debris was picked up and that I was completely satisfied with the work they had done.
Newcomb came out today for our annual maintenance visit on our a/c. We signed up for a service contract for the first time ever this year. Jonathan did a great job and was very polite and professional. He had booties for his shoes to protect our flooring and carpet, didn't walk through the house with his bucket even though it would have been easier, and even took the initiative to clean off my siding from the grass the landscapers blew on it this morning when he saw it! P.S. Would love to always have him come out and do the service if possible.
Newcomb has been servicing my home and office heating and air and taking care of my plumbing issues for many years. They are always easy to schedule, prompt and efficient and very professional and friendly when on site. I have always appreciated my relationship with Newcomb.

I have a maintenance contract. The technician on this visit was very thorough. I never get the same technician twice, however.
This company delayed 6 months in fixing my HVAC and promised a discount to convince us not to demand our deposit back during the inordinate delay. During installation, they then damaged our floors. I asked whether they were going to repair it or whether I needed to get a quote. I never got an answer to that question. Instead, they put me in collections for the full amount, ignoring the discount they had promised and the damage to the floors. Terrible.
