MTC tried to fix my hvac system in the proper way but my home warranty company. CINCH refused to pay for parts. CINCH wanted a quick temporary fix. Ruby at MTC was so determined to help to no avail. Great customer service. The tech that came out explained everything to me.

Very professional and efficient company. Fast with their work and tidy. My AC unit stopped working completely on a hot weekend and these people came to the rescue. They took everything old and moldy unit and installed brand new and awesome system. On top of that I had a really good price! Highly recommended!
Had blower motor repaired, but the wrong motor was ordered. There were 2-3 additional appointments set up and on at least 2 occasions the incorrect motor was brought out again and it wasn't known until the tech came that it was the incorrect motor, leading to additional appts needing to be made. Otherwise, the tech was friendly and good to work with, but I would have liked for him to reach out to me via phone immediately to let me know rather than me having to reach out to them to find out the status.
MTC quickly evaluated my system and worked with my home warranty provider to get the job scheduled and completed. They got all the proper permits and were as minimally invasive on our daily schedule as possible.
