First off, great communication! I didn’t have to follow up for installation time/day even when they changed due to a material delay out of their control. We had our full HVAC system replaced. The contractors performing the work were courteous and clean. Pricing was very reasonable. Would highly recommend and use again!
The air stopped blowing cold in the office and the Mandolin team was there the next day with a fast diagnosis and repair that got us cool again. I highly recommend them!
Dangerous driver
Thank you Mandolin for taking care of my hvac replacement and duct work! I contacted Mandolin to talk about what I had going on. I received up front information and top notch service by sales and the installers today. These guys worked at my house all day long with positive, respectful attitudes. I’m so thankful for these guys and their skill. They will be my go to for all future HVAC work! I highly recommend Mandolin!
They repaired my water heater and it works fine. However their scheduling department or process needs work that took the longest time (3 weeks)
Cleaned out a main drain
After several companies tried to up sell me on what I needed for my new HVAC Unit Mandolin came in and quoted me a quality unit at a great cost. I would also give the Installation crew a 10/10 as the quality of the install was excellent. If you are in need of a new unit for a price you can actually afford call Mandolin.
The company starts off well on responding to your request and everything stops at that point. Been out of hot water for a week and still no update from there office on repairs even told a supervisor would call me and update on returning to repair.. that was 4 days ago and still no update or response. Not sure how they stay in business , got another company out completed the work in 1 day .. thanks for nothing

I am giving this one star review because I believe this company is ripping my apartment complex off and my family is suffering because of it. My AC has been on and off working all summer and apparently it is something that the regular maintenance staff can not fix so they have to call Mandolin to service my unit. They have been to my apartment three times or four times at this point I'm losing count. Each time 1 to 2 guys come in look at the unit inside then just walk out or say they are going to look at the outside unit. Hours go by and no one comes back and I'm still sitting here with no fix, no answers as to what's wrong with it, and no reasons why the team up and leaves with no word or no return time. To me that's is very unprofessional and I know for a fact they would not do this to a home owner. So if y'all could kindly get back to Triangle Place Apartments and come fix my unit that would be great and I would gladly turn this one star into a 5 thank you.

I have mixed reviews. Following the installation of a new HVAC unit, and 3 visits by different technicians, the system was inoperable - did not work. Finally, on the 4th visit, Eric rewired the unit and got it working! Many thanks Eric. Good job! Deb ~ 7/21/2022
After many attempts to fix my AC ,Mandolin Services were called. Within 10 minutes Eric saw that the compressor was out. (How do you miss that?)Erick ordered the part and came back within a speedy amount of time and fixed it. Eric was very professional and friendly.
The dude with the jetter does a solid job
In a traffic jam on I-40, one of their service trucks flew past me and hundreds of other patient humans while driving at a reckless speed, traveling on the shoulder of the road and therefore inhibiting emergency vehicles from reaching the scene of the accident. Shameful.
Ernesto and Margarito were extremely professional and thorough. They replaced my HVAC system and were very unobtrusive in their duties and very respectful of my pets.
