Always professional, on time and quick service. Price of repair and services are fair and always transparent. Shawn always provide thorough explanation regarding any repair or service needed. Very trustworthy and is a gem in the industry. We have been using them for at least 5 years and will continue to do so.
I've used Shon's services at our primary residence as well as two of our rentals over the last few years and every time he's been quick respond, his prices are fair, he explains the work done (or needed), he is very cordial to speak with and my tenants have relayed the same. I would definitely recommend you give KMT/Shon a try if you are in need of HVAC services!

Working with KMT was very easy and simple. They came in my home evaluated my system. They ordered the necessary parts and installed the new unit. These guys are awesome! They are so friendly and professional. My tech knew so much about my heating unit and was so informative that I now know some things. Who knew A/C had anything to do with air quality? Anyway, if you want an expert that you can trust I highly recommend them. They are my number 1 choice and I recommend them to everyone! They have since served my Mom, Sister, Brother and many of my own customers and they all said the same thing I am! They’re awesome! I should have given this review years ago!

Timely, customer focused and quality centric. KMT took time to understand and fix our problem and recommend system upgrades. Our resilts; carbon filters, indoor air is noticeably fresher and we've experienced lower energy bills too.
