Dedicated to only servicing contractors. Went there for a simple part and was refused. Gladly someone in the parking lot let me buy it. I'm pretty sure who this company cares about. Parts should be freely distributed.

Absolutely awful customer service!!!!! Builder provides a warranty that is effective and they argue with contractor warranty is not valid for the part. Crooked company with terrible customer service!! Wanted to talk to Regional Mgr and the store manager refused. Told me he would tell me the same thing. I didn't ask you that...I asked to speak to the regional manager. Does that sound right to you?

‘Contractors only’ reads the sign. I ordered the condensate pump from Amazon while sitting in their parking lot. Two day delivery. Good thing it was on my way somewhere else so I didn’t waste gas.
We are a local HVAC company and we buy all of our parts from Johnstone Supply when possible. They always give us fair prices served up with a smile. Calling in to order parts is always pleasant experience, as the guys and girl that run the parts counter feel like old friends you have known for awhile. It is a very well run and organized business where everyone seems happy to be at work. We will definitely continue to do our business here as it is always a pleasant experience.
Won't work with home owner, only contractors on routine sales parts. Kickbacks? I dont know, but I'll just look online, instead. Thanks for nothing.
Needed a goodman furnace pressure switch. I was told they only sell to HVAC contractors. Too bad, from amazon I got it next day and up & running. I understand their not to sell if it was refrigerant or something prohibited.
This is where you want to go for any HVAC needs. Being a very DIY home owner they were more than happy to answer my questions and were less expensive than the big box (orange and blue) home improvement stores. The level of customer service here makes it one of the hidden gems in the area.
Helpful and had parts in stock to fix our a/c
This place ROCKS! I called with basic questions about a condensate pump for my Trane XR95. The gentleman on the other end treated me with respect and answered my questions, as well as offered his expertise on what I should consider. I went into the store, and he recognized me from my voice, courteously guided me on an alternate (better) pump to use for my application. I so appreciate that I was not treated like a dumb female. Yes ...I came home, reconfigured the piping and installed the new pump. Indeed it was the pump. From freezing last night, to nice and toasty now. :) Oh, by the way, their prices rock as well...they beat amazon!
They all were so helpful and easy to talk to I went there to pick up a part that I bought and was ordered from another store. They have a lot so I'll be back definitely again thanks guys.
