Showed up on time and was able to solve the issue and didn't charge me extra for unclogging the drain. Took time to explain what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. Was also very kind to my son and let him be his assistant.

Met Clark from Joe Cool, came out right away and eager to help us. He was very professional, fixed our problem with no mess to clean up. He was very knowledgeable explained everything to us. They came to our house as subcontractors. I was having trouble communicating with the workers because they didn’t speak English. I spoke to their supervisor and he was especially rude to me and hung up on me. This was horrible customer service.

They installed a new Trane HVAC system, as well as new ductwork. They did all this in a very timely manner. From tearing out the old system and all the ductwork, to putting in the new system and ductwork, it took about 3 days. Very happy with their work. We've used Joe Cool quite a few times. Very responsive, great work, reliable, easy to reach on the phone and Ellen in the office, is amazing! Thank you.
Beyond awesome. HVAC stopped working and although he could have just blamed it on a $500 circuit board and replaced it he instead did a good cleaning of everything and got us back up and running quickly and inexpensively. I will only be using them in the future.
They are always responsive, on time and dedicated to getting the job done and treating the customer well. Joe Cool is our go-to hvac professionals. When we replace our units, we'll call them first.
Just had my 2nd HVAC/Furnace installed by Joe Cool HVAC (2 different houses) and once again they exceeded my expectations. Joe gave several options prior to ordering the equipment and gave great advice and didn't try to push the higher end systems if he didn't believe we needed it or provided any additional value. During the installation Joe and Ken were very professional and efficient. A few days later the town inspector even commented how clean the install was and mentioned that this installer always did quality work. Anyway, I can't say enough about Joe Cool HVAC. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Just had a great experience with Joe Cool. I had the technician Philip come to my house to fix my AC. Philip took the time to show me a thing or 2 about my unit that I didn't know and explained to me what the problem was (bad capacitor) and informed me of how he tested it to come to the conclusion. Philip has great costumer service personality and I couldn't have been happier with this experience. Thank you Joe Cool!

Joe and his team are phenomenal! We had some issues show up after we purchased our home last fall. Joe's team had done the inspections prior to purchase. They returned to do the repairs and were more than fair about settling on the cost. These guys are honest, fair and do quality work. They don't try to upsell with doomsday predictions about you system. They will work with you to make the the best decisions for YOU, not for them. You just don't get service like this at very many places so these guys are really pretty special. I highly recommend! (Note: I had discussed our system with another HVAC company and they were telling us how badly our entire system needed replaced and were trying to talk us into spending 10s of thousands. Their salesman even went so far as to tell me that hot air rising up to my 2nd floor from downstairs was a myth! Ridiculous!)
A couple of weeks back we had one of our control boards fail in our HVAC. Joe Cool was able to quickly identify the issue and resolved it but about a week later our system starting acting up. I called their office and they had someone come out the same day and was able to identify the issue within minutes (bad igniter. system is 18 years old). On both occasions the company was very responsive and the tech was top notch! I highly recommend them for service, repair or install!
refused service because i live in zebulon (25 miles from their location), yet has serviced a friend in morrisville (25 miles from their location)... claiming distance was the issue... i think not. more like economic demographics.
Beyond impressed with the level service, knowledge, professionalism, fairness, and overall kindness I received and felt today. I will need to replace my whole unit in the next several months/year but I appreciated that I wasn't pushed into replacing the whole unit immediately. My technician was Clark Sofia- be sure to ask for him when calling Joe Cool. He was honest, helpful, quick, professional, and friendly.
Really nice workers, and honest. For once I feel like I didn’t get scammed! They are really good!!! I wish it hadn’t taken so long to find such a good company.
