Very pleasant service; excellent job!
The best
We’ve been using Icy Hot for years and are never disappointed! Frankie and Craig are the best in the business and provide a level of quality, professionalism, and integrity that you can’t find elsewhere. We have no doubt that we’ll continue to do business with them for many years to come!
I've had them come out 3 times over the last few years and they've been great! They act like they actually like their job. They know their stuff. One time another company told me I'd have to call an electrician but ICY HOT had some part on their truck and replaced a switch that was melting or something and walked up into our attic and fixed the AC during intolerable summer heat. I signed up for their contract which is every 6 months instead of paying for a year up front. You will not get some sort of slick hard sell from them.
Everytime I use Icy Hot, I'm very impressed with how professional, responsive and efficient these guys are. They get the job done quick and at a fair price. Frankie himself is the nicest guy ever.
Called at 1PM, Craig had my AC blowing cold air again in less than 1 hour! A+
I've used Frankie and Icy Hot for years to maintain my two HVACs at my home in Apex. I've got a service contract with him for a regular, twice-a-year checkup. He’s also been very responsive on those rare occasions when emergency service is needed. Always great work!
The best in the business! My moms 24 year old unit finally went out and they were able to order a new one and install within 2 days. They’re professional, friendly and do excellent work. Strongly recommend.
This was the best AC repair experience that I have had. They told me that they would arrive at 9 AM and they arrived at 9 AM. I know that is not possible each time, but this is the first time when "9 to 11" turned out to be 9. The AC tech diagnosed the problem with the coil and gave me three possible solutions. He did not push in any way the most expensive option, and, in fact, I decided on it because it allowed me to exercise parts warranty. Top notch professionalism.
The heat stopped working on a cold day end of March and the house filled with a burning smell. Called Icy Hot that morning and Craig appeared a few hours later. He was methodical in determining the cause of the problem and very cost conscious in recommending the parts to fix it. Heat And AC working better than before the HVAC Blower failure. Highly Recommend. HVAC repairs are always costly and these guys actually care about helping you.
These guys are great! Frankie is so informative and was dedicated to making sure I understood everything during the service. He gave quotes up front and accurately. The process was fast and efficient but they didn’t cut corners on communication which means a lot! Will definitely use this company again.
Super nice and friendly. Called and they were able to come out the next day. Found the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. I will be using again when needed.
Frankie and his team are honest and reliable. I called Icy Hot to get a second opinion after the crooks at Service Experts told me I needed to replace my existing HVAC. Frankie looked at the system and quickly determined the capacitor was not working, "very common" so he went to his truck to get the new part and was finished in 20 minutes. Hard to believe I was about to waste a ton of money on a new system, call ICY HOT first!
Can’t say enough good things about Frankie and his team. Their service is unmatched. Frankie was super responsive and helped repair my AC in no time. Very knowledgeable guys and a phenomenal local business. I will continue to give them my business and would highly recommend others make Icy Hot Heating and Air Conditioning their first choice for all preventative maintenance and repairs. Can’t recommend them enough! We called Icy Hot after another company was giving us the run around and they were in and out in under an hour. Frankie was great, he got our heating system up and running which was a blessing during these cold winter nights. You can’t go wrong with these guys. .
Frankie and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, and fair. We continue to call them back year after year for annual maintenance and questions regarding our two units. Icy Hot is a great company. I really appreciate Frankie and his team working on our heating and cooling units at our house. Craig just finished up the semi-annual preventative maintenance here at our house. In addition to great service, Icy Hot technicians are always prompt and arrive when they are scheduled to. Plus Icy Hot will send a reminder that they are planning on performing maintenance a number of weeks in advance allowing for proper scheduling which I think is a measure of a great business. Communication is key and I value that working with Icy Hot. Knowing that our heating and cooling systems are in working order and ready for either the Summer months or Winter months of North Carolina is very reassuring. Thank you all for the great service.
Good friendly and excellent service
Frank and the team at Icy Hot Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. have been a pleasure to work with. They are responsive and overly communicative, which is greatly appreciated. They offered pictures and step-by-step explanations of what they were going to do, why they were going to do it, and when it would be done. I had an ancient air-handler that they helped me preserve until I was ready to replace it. They took time to understand the situation we were in and helped us come up with a plan of action instead of forcing the up-sell on the spot. When I was ready to replace the air-handler, of course I called Frank and team! Amazing and courteous customer service. Would highly recommend.
